The lashes turned out great! This was my first time ever getting lash extensions. Multiple people consult with you and explain the process so that you are totally informed by the time they start the process. My technician suggested I go with the "natural" lashes instead of the "gorgeous" ones and I'm so happy she did. They look fabulous without being over the top. I've been getting so many compliments on them. The process was comfortable and I didn't feel anything the entire time. Pro tips: 1. Bring headphones! You can't talk or open your eyes for at least an hour. 2. It is freezing. (I was told it was set at 65 degrees.) They do provide blankets but I suggest bundling up! 3. They sell you a "lash wash" that they say is necessary for lash longevity. This is literally a soap that you put in your eyes. It stings and I'm not convinced it does anything. Do your research and decide if you need this extra purchase. Four stars instead of five because I waited about 30 minutes past my appointment time to start. We will see how long the lashes last and what happens as they fall out but so far so good! read more

This is on me - I had gone there over a year ago and the ridiculous extra charges were laughable. I could tell they make it up as they go. I tried them again and stupidly joined their "membership" AGAIN. It was suggested I make a follow up appt in 2 weeks. Was not told that the "membership" price would not be available until the following week. I tried to reschedule to the next week and was told there was a $20 reschedule fee and my "membership" was only for an inexperienced staff person. If I wanted an experienced, it was $10 add and if I wanted brown lashes (it was seasonal???) extra $15. Just checked my account and apparently their cancellation is 50% of the cost of your service. Who does that. Oh 2 weeks ago they rescheduled my appointment day of to a different time and was not told that rather than having an experienced staff, I had a rookie and my appt time would be 1.5 hrs rather than 50 min. I booked with this location for a lash lift and tint and eyebrow tint. I was nervous about the experience because it was my first time having my eyebrows done by anyone but myself. Checking in was easy. Gigi was my technician. She was very nice during the tint and lift. After finishing the eyebrow tint, I looked in the mirror and noticed multiple patches of my eyebrow did not have dye. She claimed that I didnt have hair there. I asked her if she could fix it and she said she could. The second time I looked at my eyebrows, she was able to fix the issue. I thanked her and went to check out. At the front desk I told the receptionist that I didnt like my eyebrows, but I loved my lash lift. It looks great. There was an issue with the price I thought I would be charged but I didnt mind paying after she explained my misunderstanding. Gigi came out and put a form on the desk with my name on it. On the note it said that I was being a "karen" about my eyelashes. I was very polite to her and simply asked for her to fix the places that were missed. Which is part of what Im paying for. I didnt complain to her or even ask her to do more than expected. I just wanted the missed spots to have color so my eyebrows didnt have gaps of dye in them. I asked the receptionist if your techs always write rude comments about your clients and she responded that I should not have read the paperwork. I told her I never once complained about the services. She said shes sorry I had to see that. I did ask to speak to someone in charge, which sounds like a karen, but I just wanted them to be aware of how the staff talks about their customers. I have worked in customer service for many years and always make it a point to be kind. Just because I asked for her to fix my eyebrows that were not completed, did not warrant the label. I hope that the other customers can be aware of the comments made on their "file" by your staff. Update: The manager of this store contacted me about my negative experience. She was incredibly understanding and kind. She explained that the tech has been spoken to, and if I would come back in, I would not have to deal with her again. I had lasik eye surgery on August 13th 2025. I could not get my lashes done during the whole process of this which was a month prior to the surgery and a month after for my eyes to heal. I've just noticed today that I had been getting charged my membership fee throughout this whole process. When I called to see if I can freeze my membership fee in order to get caught up on services, the amazing last studio in West Sacramento told me if I cancel my membership in order to play catch up on my lashes I'd be charged as a non member. My visit to this lash studio was marred by the unprofessionalism of the front desk manager. There's been two times in several months that I showed up on time and only to find out my appointment was cancelled. I also noticed appointments starting late only because lash artists (and myself) were outside waiting on several occasions for the front desk manager to arrive. Any questions I had about these mishaps and my questions were met with dismissive responses from her, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. While my lash stylist did great work, the negative impression left by the front desk manager lingered. It's sad that my experience with the front desk manager tarnished what had been a really enjoyable part of my self care. I went here on Mother's Day for the 1st time as a gift to myself since my lash tech has been out of the Country. I paid for volume lash set and ended up with very sparse lashes that looked like a lash strip. The lash tech was nice, but I absolutely did not expect to pay $150 for my lashes to look like this. I spoke with the assistant manager who said that they looked good and filled all the way in. I disagree, I work very hard for my income and this was a waste of time and money. The ONLY reason I continue coming here is because Holli is the best lash stylist I've ever had (been getting lashes done in NYC and California for about 5 years). I think maybe this location is under new management so that's why it's gotten so awful in the last year? They are totally inflexible. They call me constantly trying to change my appointment or change my stylist (even though I have said explicitly I will only see Holli). But if I am ever 5-10 min late they are totally unaccommodating. Multiple times I have shown up and they tell me I have the wrong appt time and i've missed my appt. I make extra super sure that I put the time in my calendar in my phone immediately. I've heard from 2 other friends that the same thing happens to them. So basically they gaslight you into thinking you got the appointment time wrong so they can take your money and move your appointment so that you miss it. Also, the manager is REALLY loud. Scammed me into getting a membership saying that I would pay less if I got it and it would save me money. I got one full set and 2 fills I almost spent 300 dollars in less than 1 month! I asked for a copy of the contract and the receptionist said her manager would have access to it but they never gave it to me when I asked for it. I'm reporting to the better business bureau this is terrible customer service you are misleading customers and not being transparent of the charges. I have been a valued customer for a long time. I am having major surgery so I requested a pause in my membership and was told they would send me a form, only could suspend for 2 months and then would be billed the next month regardless if I need a extension in my pause. Decided that I was not sure I could return with in two months I decided I would need to cancel my membership. Studio has a 72 hrs window before your billing date to cancel or you will be charged for that month. I rushed to the studio last night at 8:30pm so I can cancel within that 72hr (my billing date is the 14th). Online and on their door their hrs stated they were open until 9pm. When I arrived they were closed. Called today to cancel and explained that I did come during their business hours yesterday but they were closed. The studio refused to honor the 72 hr window although they were closed during their posted business hours. Now I will be billed for this month. So disappointed with the lack of flexibility and understanding when they were not there during their posted business hours. I was going to return when I recovered but I will no longer. This is an interesting post because although the lash service I received there was good, the business end of the relationship was bad. Really bad. Decided I was going to cancel my membership 2 months ago, let them know, signed the appropriate paperwork, etc. A week later, they charge me 2x membership fees totaling $139.98. I call the shop asking about the charge and advise them it's a mistake (because I had canceled their service). End up speaking with the manager, Marie, who *assures* me that she will look into it and take care of it. After multiple calls to Marie and weeks later, they have still not refunded the monies erroneously charged, so I called my credit card company to explain my situation and file a dispute. Fast forward, here we are a month after the initial incorrect/ charge, and they hit me AGAIN with a monthly membership charge earlier this week! Of course I call the manager, Marie again, to tell her that I'm being incorrectly charged, and she apologizes again, then says she will reverse the charges. Crickets. Once again, no credit appears on my bill, although I'm being assured all is handled. Do not walk, RUN as far away as possible from this place. The lashes are nice, but the customer service & business end of things is lacking...in a major way. Thankfully, my credit card will deal with these knuckleheads and I will recover my money. If for some strange reason I don't, my next steps will be the BBB as well as the Attorney General's Office. Update- the day after I posted this review I got a call from Amazing Lash offering to "make it right" by giving me another full lash extension with a more experienced person. (I've seen this in other reviews) Honestly, that offended me almost as much as the horrible lash job I initially got. The fact that you would employ people who are not experienced enough to do a good job the first time is ridiculous. Put people through training and test their skills before using paying customers as a Guinea pig. And if they know what they're doing and just choose to be unprofessional and do a shitty job, get rid of them. Maybe a lack of a paycheck will prompt them to do better - or find a more suitable profession. The person who did my lashes obviously didn't want to be there. Her lack of friendliness, her lack of care in doing my lashes - it was a telling sign right from the get-go. BTW, I declined their offer to have them do my lashes again - there's no way. I should have read the reviews before going here. I've had one previous experience with extensions that I got through a Groupon. That experience was amazing in comparison to my recent experience with Amazing Lash. With my first experience I went to Hawaii for 3 weeks right after and even with sweating, swimming and lots of activities, they were still almost full after that 3 week adventure. My experience with Amazing Lash was much different. I got a $79.99 special via some email or something. They tried to charge me $99.99. Thankfully I kept the email and was able to show them. The receptionist showed me various styles of lashes. I said I wanted the natural look, as if I was just wearing mascara and she showed the woman who came to get me... Right from the start I was a little put off and slightly concerned about the sanitation. The person who did my lashes was Jasmyn? (Her name was on the door otherwise I wouldn't have known - as she didn't introduce herself.) As she walked me to her room, she was in front of me and had dog or cat hair all over her sweatshirt. She wasn't appropriately groomed or attired in my opinion and the pet hair made me question the sanitation. She quickly confirmed that I wanted the "mascara" look and went to work. It didn't take her long and she was done. She started to give me verbal instructions on how to care for them and I asked her if she had something in writing. She walked me out to the reception area, handed me paper instructions and then walked away. Didn't say thank you or anything. They also didn't give me any lash brushes to use. Thankfully I had some at home. When I got home and was able to get a closer look at my lashes, they were horrible. They were mostly curving the wrong direction and even with careful brushing, would not curve like my natural lashes. They were also bunched mostly in the middle and none to the edges of my eyes. The next morning, there were more lashes on my pillowcase than on my eyes. By the 4th day I had a few stragglers and today, one solid week later - I have exactly zero lash extensions. I gave a $20 tip and I honestly think she owes me the tip for tolerating her pathetic lash extensions for a week! I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but after having my experience, then reading these reviews I'm pretty sure they're just running a bad business. I only recommend Cozzi- lash artist not the place. Cozzi does a superb job with my lashes. I give her 5 STARS!!!!! I highly highly recommend her for lashes! The place itself has increased their monthly fees by $40. So instead of paying $119 for 2 lash fills per month in my lash membership agreement, I am now charged $159. I have been a long time customer and will now look around for a more affordable place. Getting lashes done is an extra. $40 more per month is grocery money in this poor economy. I'm thinking a lot of folks have left now. It's not as busy as it once was! Sadly, long time, regular customers are not appreciated by owner. There is a sign saying if you are ten mins late you are a no show. I was afraid theyd cancel me even though I was already there. I am very careful with my eyes and lashes and I don't touch them throughout the day and I wash them with the wash this studio provided. I got my eyelashes done by Hollie one of Amazing Lashes master stylist and she did not disappoint! I highly recommend her. The one thing I will say about getting lash extensions is to make sure you get a good eyelash cleanser. I did not do that and it caused slight damage to my lashes because I pulled them off on my own. They have a lot of different products that can helps with this and also help with removal to protect your lashes. Overall, it is a calming environment and Hollie made sure to be quick I was able to cal asleep during my appointment. I didn't get the receptionists name, but she was so helpful and sweet. She had good recommendations and was very professional and called for appointment reminders. I got the membership which is about 136 or something a month which includes 2 free lash fills which is perfect for how long the lashes last. I definitely Recommend Amazing lash Studio. read more

Came in for a lash lift, Alexis did a fantastic job. She was so nice, caring, and efficient and the lashes came out very lovely. I only give this place a 3 because I wasn't very happy with my experience with the receptionists. I called to book the appointment and she puts me on hold to ensure there's space for 2 - no worries. She tells me they have space and she continues getting my information for the appointment. I ask to confirm that the lash lift also comes with lash tint and she confirms and tells me yes, awesome. Then when she confirms my appointment and we are about to hang up, she asks to put me on hold again. Apparently someone called and booked at that exact moment and took the other slot for 5 o'clock so now one of my appointments needs to be moved to 6...okay. Then after we hang up, I leave and get a call again. She's now asking for the other person's phone number and a card to place on file. I tell her I'm driving and ask if it can just wait because I am on the way and she says no; I tell her I'll call her back because I'm driving and it'll just have to wait. If she didn't get to it the moment I'm making the appointment, it's on her, especially because I'm out driving. I come in and they were nice, appointment was done, everything was great. Except now I'm finding out they don't do lash lift tints and the tint is only for extensions. I called to clear up the confusion and the other receptionist didn't seem all that caring or apologetic. A big reason why I booked it was for the tint as well. I'm happy with the lift but I just wish I knew I wouldn't be getting the tint with it. The best place to get your lashes done! It's super affordable with or without the membership (highly recommend the membership so you can save some $$$). The studio is super clean and cute. The quality and service is top notch. I had a problem with lashes falling out a lot faster on my right eye and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me when I mentioned this. If you take care of your lashes properly then they last a few weeks. You get a pamphlet for after care so read that and follow the directions! If it's your very first time getting your lashes done, in my opinion it may take 2 or 3 visits before you get the exact look you want (possibly because you might not be used to the look of lashes). I get the mega volumes, and they last me the full 2 weeks, when I come for my fill, I usually still have about 75% -80% of my lashes LOL. I could do every 3 weeks but I like them to be really full :) I do use there eyelash wash EVERY day, so that definitely helps!!! They have refused to give me a refund and instead would like for me to get ANOTHER SET OF LASHES!!! My eyes have been in pain for days... but sure let's do it again. How are they going to fix the bald patch? Oh, and the other great part the stylist who put on my lashes? Reeked of cigarette smoke just what you want by your nose for two and half hours. Lash saga update: I talked to the manager. The girl who put on my lashes has been fired (yes I feel bad but seriously she can't do her job soooooo) I have received (or will receive) a full refund. They're going to give me some lash serum to (hopefully) regrow my bald patch. And in a couple weeks, a senior stylist is going to put on a set of lashes to cover my bald patch. Wow!!! Just wow!!! So I went to the amazing lash in Loehmann's plaza about a month ago. Purchased the membership and got my first set of lashes there... by the second day the almost all fell out. Call them and also came in to show them and they apologized and said they had many other complaints on this lash tech and they were sending her through training. With that being said I canceled my membership and just wanted a refund. I don't know about you but I don't have time to keep going back to get my lashes fixed. So they refunded the the membership and said they could not and would not refund my lashes that fell out. However I would have a credit and could come back anytime to try them out again.. they said they would make sure I was happy. So I finally am ready to give them a shot.. call them make my appt for today at 6. Mind you my husbands birthday party is tomorrow at 7 and I work both today and tomorrow until 5... so I get a phone call from SHAY who is not a manager.. who asks if I can come in sooner... and says just so you know you DO NOT have a credit. So as I'm trying to explain how I should have a credit.. she's talking over me and being so rude. She has terrible customer service. This has been the second worst experience with this amazing lash.. I can't believe this. And now I have a party tomorrow and no lashes.. If you are looking for a lash tech DO NOT use this Amazing lash and especially Don't go to SHAY she has the worse mouth and attitude for no reason. I wish I could give zero stars!!! read more

Overall, this place is adequate. I have had some issues with my appointments, e.g., not being correctly scheduled or being scheduled with not my usual stylist. That said, I really only come here for Holly. She is efficient and effective! Not a ton of small talk, which I also appreciate. If this was a review for Holly, I would give it 5 stars. read more

I hate to write a bad review but this time I had to. They get you in for the $89 special and tell give you a bunch of options and then you pick one and then they tell you after it's done that it's $134!!!!! I talked to management and she was very nice to me on the phone and offered to treat me to an add on service my next visit but I'm just turned off by the way they did that. I won't be going back. I also don't think you should have to keep reminding them " I want the $89 special" over and over again. They knew I went in because if that and they should have respected the fact that I couldn't afford $134 plus tip. I'm so disappointed with myself for being a sucker for a "first time special". So many places to choose from. Next time I'll look at reviews first. And my lashes don't look that good either.. I've had lashes before and this is by far the worst work. Horrible customer service!!!! Jazzy and Cozzy (if that really their names) we're so lazy, unprofessional and rude!!! Today I had an appointment to get my lashes done. As a working mom it is SO hard to find the time to do things for myself. I hired a babysitter to watch my kids so I could go after work. About an hour before my appointment they called and asked if I could come in 30 minutes early. I told them I couldn't because I couldn't leave work earlier than I already was to make my appointment. In fact I ended up hitting rush hour traffic so I called them to let them know. They said they couldn't see me after 3:35. So I sped there as fast as o possibly could. I walked in at 3:35 but by the time I said hello to Jazzy, the receptionist it was 3:36. She said "unfortunately since you are one minute past the time allowance, we can't see you." I had a look of desperation on my face and explained how much it took me to make that appointment. She smirked at me and said she would ask the stylist Cozzy. She came out and said they weren't willing to take me. I was crushed and it was pretty obvious. Jazzy had the nerve to laugh in my face. As I sat in my car for about five minutes I saw the lash stylist Cozzy walk out. It's pretty obvious that cozzy wanted to wrap up her day and leave as early as possible instead of doing her job and taking her last customer. I have been a loyal customer and member of amazing lash studio. I've never gone anywhere else to get my lashes done before.But I'll never return to this location or give them my business again. Lazy and rude employees as others below have mentioned already. I mean, I get it I've been there before but really one minute past the time allowance?! How much lazier could you possibly be at your job? I honestly feel bad for the owner, it seems like it's so hard to hire quality employees these days. read more
