There is a shelter which has ticket machines and staffing. Nice place to wait if it's cold, especially at 3AM. Staff has always been efficient and friendly. Appreciate this, especially again at 3AM. The bus ride in takes approximately half an hour in the middle of the night, probably a bit longer with traffic during the day. The bus stops at each Terminal starting with A. This is a great service especially if you have a super early/late flight that isn't amenable to taking the T. PS there is a discount if you book ahead on their website.

A Plus was a great deal and had good customer service. Very responsive via email and phone. We received a 24-hour confirmation email, and a 6 hour confirmation email that included the driver's contact info (name, cell, photo, etc). Very helpful although we didn't need it because the driver was on time, and nice. Vehicle was clean and comfortable. It could seat 6 (7 including driver) but we only needed 4 seats.
