Unfortunately my family had a horrible experience with Goldie Rides. We have chosen this company because we expected Goldie Rides to be a fleet of cars and drivers, meaning we would have the same driver or car. In addition we chose this company because we were told we were able to take our car seats, have the company hold onto them, and bring them at our arrival from the airport. We confirmed this through online communication, phone communication, and with our driver. This was not the case. Goldie's website promotes good communication but they did not have good communication at all after the initial conversation. The day before our arrival they had the pickup date, time, location and terminal all wrong. On the day of our arrival they changed our driver and car multiple times. Once the driver arrived at Logan Airport there was a misunderstanding where they could pick us up as we had not only young children, but my disabled FIL. It took approximately 30 minutes once the driver arrived for them to actually get us to the car. Once we got to the car, the car seats for my two children under three were not present. When we spoke to Bill, the owner, he was incredibly dismissive and blamed us. I do not suggest working with this company. We expected them to be a car service company but instead they are a glorified, over priced Uber. Although their drivers are kind and helpful, there's no communication amongst the administration and the drivers causing chaos. I do hope that this experience helps change the communication styles of the administration with their drivers so no other family would have to experience such a negative service after a wonderful vacation. read more

Book a ride back and forth for my family to Logan. One was very early in the morning and another was Friday rush hour. Driver was on-time, car was clean and he was helpful with our bags. He was a solid driver. They track your flight to ensure they are on-time - the only small point is that when they track your flight they should double-check the terminal just in case it switches. But the driver was able to get to ours very quickly. Will definitely be using them again. read more

I used Goldie Rides for a pickup up at Logan Airport for a 3.5 hour trip to rural Maine and a return to Logan. It was a cold call since I was desperate to get to Maine from California following the death of a family member and knew of no Logan car services personally. The business was fabulous all around from communication with the office and the drivers. The pick-up at both locations was on time, the drivers were courteous and professional.
