The interior of the units have all new appliances, the washer and dryer are top of the line and use AI, and it's quiet while right off S Washington Street on 40th Avenue and just 1 mile from 32nd Avenue where all the stores are. The regional Manager Tom Bures said he was the top man and wouldn't give us the name of his supervisor. This company does not respect reservists. I sure Mr Bures has never served. Yes, the apartments are nice, but they are way over priced, and there are no caps on rental increases in North Dakota according to state law. Therefore, these types of corporate landlords can increase your rent as much as they want. In addition, IMM makes YOU pay for carpet cleaning when you leave; unless you show the receipt, the charge for carpet cleaning will be taken from your deposit; however, IMM usually makes any excuse not to return your deposit anyway.
