I submitted several maintenance requests upon moving in and the very next day, a worker came to address and resolve my maintenance requests. Two of them ended up being due to the user (myself not knowing how to work the oven and one of the lights), yet they were still very nice and respectful about the situation even though no repairs were needed. I was able to reschedule my move in appointment with no problem due to college classes. I love my new apartment. I would definitely recommend working with them if you are considering it.

The regional Manager Tom Bures said he was the top man and wouldn't give us the name of his supervisor. This company does not respect reservists. I sure Mr Bures has never served. Yes, the apartments are nice, but they are way over priced, and there are no caps on rental increases in North Dakota according to state law. Therefore, these types of corporate landlords can increase your rent as much as they want. In addition, IMM makes YOU pay for carpet cleaning when you leave; unless you show the receipt, the charge for carpet cleaning will be taken from your deposit; however, IMM usually makes any excuse not to return your deposit anyway.
