    All was great. Not overcrowded, nice people . A/C was set on a good temperature . After a break I am going to resume regular work out.

    I love going to Silver sneakers. Our regular teacher, Sarah, is great. When she has Eddie as a sub he's the best sub to have! Lots of fun.

    Thank you Mike. Do the indoor/outdoor bootcamp cost extra? And are member able to use the heavy bags while they are not being used for the boxing class?

    Our Booty Bootcamp is included in all memberships and is outside of the club every Second Saturday of the month. Our indoor bootcamps are included in most memberships. As long as there is no class, heavy bags are available to access them.

    I have 2 questions. One is are there any heavy bags for boxing, or a boxing class? And does this location have the indoor/outdoor bootcamp?

    Hi Cari! Our Saturday morning Boxing class does use the heavy bags. And we have both out door and indoor boot camps.

Kiara has an amazing way of explaining posture and form that's easy to grasp, helps you maximize your work out, and really focus on the target area. All of the equipment she has in her studio are really fun to use and not intimidating like it can be at the gym. Never once have I felt exposed, overly vulnerable, or insecure about the way I look or perform. -She listens and supports your personal goals. Over the 9 years my goals for fitness have varied from injury prevention (for lifting/moving patients), weight/fat loss, and functional mobility. And every time I change my goal, she adapts. -She is extremely knowledgeable. Not only about fitness and movement but her knowledge concerning diet/nutrition and glucose management is real and evidence based.     Nice equipment and modern gym!…read more I joined EOS fitness at the end of February and I am happy with the gym so far. Located in Janss Mall, this gym is at a very convenient location with ample indoor parking and close to many shops and restaurants. The hours are very reasonable during the week, but closes early at 7pm on weekends. The gym is huge with 2 floors, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and a spa with saunas and steam room. Depending on your membership tiers, you can use the EOS at all locations, the escape room for more privacy and towel services. I love the Technogym equipment as they are very modern and well made. The turf area on the second floor allows for a full metabolic workout with jump boxes, tanks, battle ropes, assault bike, and ski machines. The only thing I dislike are the ban on the ball slams and missing tire flips, which I feel are essentials workout routines. The other area that I like is the swimming pool. While I wish the pool is deeper and has shower next to it, I like that the pool is indoor (no worries for sunburn) and seems well maintained. While the gym does get busy during peak hours, the availability of machines is very reasonable during other times. As for the membership fees, we paid $1,000 for a three year membership for my husband and I, which we felt was an excellent value for the area.

No email, no text, no app notification, nothing. Just locked doors and a bunch of us standing there confused. That's not a small mistake. People plan their day around this. Now I'm stuck all jittery from pre workout with nowhere to go, and my time completely wasted. And to make it worse, the staff that were there had attitude when people asked what was going on. No real answers, just rude responses. EOS talks about being a welcoming and motivating environment... this was the opposite of that. This feels like poor management, plain and simple. If you're charging people every month, the least you can do is communicate and treat members with some respect. Really disappointing.
