Everyone remembers your name and follows up with any questions or concerns that you may have. They also text and call you the day before your appointment! After my initial consultation, Evangelia gave me 3 options for ortho corrections: metal, ceramic, and Invisalign. Then I got 2 different types of payment options: payment in full and office financing with 0% interest. There are some discount incentives if you pay in full. I ended up going with Invisalign and the 0% office financing. To make things even better, I had a bunch of questions about my dental insurance that I didn't fully understand. Evangelia sorted out all the details so I was able to get an accurate quote. Fast forward 15-16 months, I am in the process of deciding when I should cancel my dental insurance and I was able to get assistance running the math! As for my teeth, they look amazing. Originally every orthodontist was telling me that I needed to undergo surgery to shave out the ends of some of my teeth but Dr. Lee said I didn't need to it. I also had a bunch of questions that Dr. Lee was able to square away for me throughout the 15-16 months. And any questions that I randomly had throughout the process was readily answered with a quick phone or email. Last note but they also do an amazing job with all the COVID precautions! Examples include sanitizing pens, equipment, and chairs after every use. I can't recommend this place enough!

After 6 years of my dentist convincing me I needed to do something to avoid dental issues down the road I went to see Dr. Arbitman and I'm so glad I did. He is one of the kindest and most caring doctors I've ever met and he takes the time to lay out all of your options for treatment (there were 3 in my case) and answer all of your questions. He managed my expectations on what was possible with Invisalign before I committed to anything, and delivered way beyond expectations. My teeth look and feel so much better and my whole face looks more balanced. Dr. Arbitman and his team (especially Laura who is so funny and sweet) truly care about their patients and giving them the best possible result. My treatment wrapped up within the timeline Dr. Arbitman estimated, even with the infinite challenges of the pandemic. I visited the Forest Hills office once in July and it's the cleanest place I've been since COVID started-the office is immaculate and they're going above and beyond to keep patients safe. Yani on the left & Dee on your right in the picture provided. This was my first visit. The wait was brief about 15 mins for an initial visit while you fill out a form, and then you're off to X-rays. The dentist is welcoming & attentive. I was worried & anxious about the visit because my previous dentist had told me I had over $10K worth of immediate work that I had been procrastinating on, but to my surprise, Dr. S gave my mouth a clean bill of health! I was so surprised! I had told him beforehand that I was previously told there's A LOT of work in my mouth, but he took his time & explained he didn't see any need. I then waited for my hygienist, who did a thorough cleaning & took her time explaining what I can do for sensitive teeth. In the end you get a goodie bag & a smile for the road. Dr. Sabolboro is an honest and caring dentist. Finally, I found a dentist I can trust & recommend to all. I'm so happy I was recommended this place. They accept UFT & many other insurances. Do not let Dr. Sabolboro do implants or crowns! I went to this office for a few years and they were…read morefine for cleanings and cavities but I had major issues when I needed more extensive work. He did an implant which seemed fine until the crown kept falling off. I don't think it stayed on for more than a couple days. After going in several times to have it tightened, he said that he thought the implant wasn't sitting at the correct angle inside my gums. He said he could try to do it again but a bridge would be a better option as it would be faster and because I'd probably have the same issue with another implant. He also said he'd have to file down a perfectly fine tooth in order to have a bridge. In hindsight I should have gotten a second opinion but I had no reason not to trust him at this point. He offered to do it right away because it would only take 15 minutes. I told him I had to pick my kids up and he reassured me that it would be fast. It took HOURS. Luckily my husband was able to pick up my kids. I normally don't have issues with dental work but this experience changed that. He clearly did not know what he was doing. Finally he got the implant out. I went back for the bridge and that came out after a day. Went back several times to have the bridge put back in. In the meantime another crown he did kept falling off. He told me that he thought the issue was that I have too much saliva which I didn't buy bc I would assume that another dentist would have said something to me about that by this point in my life. I went to another dentist who confirmed that I did not have too much saliva. The other dentist also said that she saw no reason that the implant should have come out. No reason to destroy a healthy tooth for a bridge. Also a bridge is more expensive to replace than just one crown. I stayed with the new dentist who kept having to tighten my crown and re-cemented my bridge until it broke. After it broke, I reached out to Sabolboro and asked for my money back which he did not do. He did offer to re-do the work but I did not feel comfortable having him do that. Unfortunately, my insurance only covers bridges and crowns every 5 years so I've gone without because I'd rather do that, then have Dr. Sabolboro do anything to my teeth.

I often had to repeatedly call and become very persistent just to get a response.
