I have used golfanything.com and their Canada store for years. I have even met Paul in person in Scottsdale prior to the pandemic. My recent order was shorted and did not match the packing slip. With over 6 phone messages and 6+ emails I have yet to get any reply on their course of action. Atleast refund me my money for the clothing item. Not hearing any response is a difficult situation to be in especially when every other day you get an email from the site for a new great purchase discount and opportunity. I do not recommend purchasing from them until they can get their customer service portion of the company to a respectable place. read more

I have purchased a good number of items for the last two or three years and for the great majority have been extremely satisfied with the quality and price. Whenever I had a problem their support team has responded immediately and have resolved it to my satisfaction. Being 6'5" I didn't really expect to find anything but to my amazement their cozy store has quite the selection. The customer service was superb and not overbearing. As I was shopping I was even offered an espresso! Where else do you find that? Needless to say I ended up buying more than I came for. The deals were too good to pass up. I will definitely return. In my opinion--they, re running a con game. They somehow get your email and offer an item at an unbelievable low price. You check it out on Amazon. Its an amazing price. Don't fall for it. They will not send you that item. It will be out of stock; something totally different; or in some other way defective. Sometime they send nothing; and do not reply to your requests for a refund. Would have been a 5 star rating if I didn't have to do some extra work to get my item. The shoes I bought came in 2 days (or would have) and the price was great! Downside was that not enough weight was factored in for shipping USPS and I had to pay $9.25 additional postage to receive the item. Called GolfAnything and they took care of refunding my PayPal account the money, then I went to the post office to pick up my item. I WILL shop from them again because of their promptness to resolving the postage due issue. read more

This place is the WORST, shop elsewhere! The last two times I purchased from Golf Anything they sent me the wrong size. The first time they agreed to send me a return shipping label and the exchange for the correct size went smoothly. This last time, after they approved my return for a refund, they refused to send me a return shipping label and I had to pay $7.30 to return a $15 item that was the wrong size. After my return was received, they did NOT refund my money as was pre-approved. I called twice and emailed twice to ask about my refund, but got no response. On one phone call I was told the person I needed to talk with was busy and he would return my call.... that never happened. Finally I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to stop payment in order to receive my refund. Of course that didn't include my return postage of $7.30 which Golf Anything still owes me, as they promise on their website. Be very wary of purchasing anything from this company, especially if it's an article of clothing as you'll likely be sent the wrong size and have difficulty getting a refund. Their customer service is the WORST!!! With so many other great alternatives available for purchasing golf equipment, it makes no sense at all to give these clowns your business. I will never shop there again and I urge everyone else to shop elsewhere as well. read more
