Spending around $40 for a T-shirt for a child seems excessive to me, especially when kids can be pretty hard on their clothes. That said, I understand that you're often paying for a name brand and the selection is generally good. There are some reasonably priced items, such as jump ropes, and the store does have a good variety of sporting goods. I just don't think it would be my first choice for everyday clothing or items where price is a major consideration. Overall, it's a clean and well-maintained store with a good selection, but I'd recommend comparing prices and looking for sales before buying. For me, it's about a 3 1/2-star experience.

They have markdown racks (just like other Lululemon stores I've visited), which makes browsing even more fun. I ordered a jacket from this store via their online eBay auction. I received a jacket that was not as described. It was not in brand new condition, it had small holes in a few places. After emailing back and forth for quite a while, they finally offered me a full refund and that if I paid for the shipping back and send them a copy of the receipt, they would refund that price as well. Due to the length of time to get them to agree to this and delayed shipping time, they 45 day claim window closed on eBay. I know I made a mistake by not filing a claim. Sent off my package with tracking which included the jacket. I see that is received and I send off an email. I send roughly 5 - 10 emails without a single response. So here I sit $120 shorter plus my return shipping costs. Really disgusting to me that people like this still exist. read more

WARNING to all veterans and buyers considering Haley Strategic Partners…read more For over a month, I have been fighting Haley Strategic Partners to get a refund for a significant purchase that has been "stuck in transit" since early March. Instead of honoring its responsibility as the seller, HSP Customer Service has repeatedly hidden behind the carrier's slow claim process, refusing a refund until the package is returned or the claim is acknowledged. The hypocrisy is staggering: after a month and a half of fighting with them they offered to reship a replacement (acknowledging their liability for the loss), but refuse to refund the exact same amount of money for the original purchase. Haley Strategic Partners markets heavily to veterans and first responders, yet this is how they treat their core customer base. A company that claims its principles are "forged around the warriors we serve" and offers MIL/LE discounts is actively choosing to place the entire financial burden of a shipping failure on the customer. This demonstrates a complete lack of integrity and respect for the people who buy their "premium gear." My patience is exhausted. Since HSP explicitly stated they "will not be issuing a refund... at this time," I have initiated a full chargeback with my bank for non-receipt of goods and am filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and state consumer protection authorities. Don't waste your time or hundreds of dollars on a company that will abandon you when their system fails. Haley Strategic Partners lost a customer for life.

I was looking for well-priced, nice-looking shorts; went to the large back area where the PGA brand is displayed. Huge selection for men. Women's PGA clothing was only along the wall in the very back. Pricing for men's shorts? As low as $39.00. For women? None as low as $39. They were priced at $72! I asked the sales guy about where the $39 shorts were for women. His response? "I don't know ... I don't know all the prices in the store." I found 2 associates, a woman and an older man, in conversation and interrupted them to share this experience. The woman was surprised and disappointed; said, "here's the guy who can really help." His response, "Aw no, they don't care about this stuff." Started to make an excuse. My response? "There's a name outside on this building that stands for something and I sure thought it was service and quality in the game of golf.... Which both men and women play." I am so disappointed in PGA Superstore ... but I maybe they have changed their business model... and maybe it IS a store for men.
