I had canceled three spots and lost $30 in non-refundable reservation fees. Fortunately, the staff allowed one player to join another group so that my friend and I could play together. Would I recommend Marshall Canyon? At this time, no. The course has potential, but improvements are needed, particularly with pace of play, overall course conditions, and the quality of the bunkers.

I asked around one day while i was hitting the range and other golfers have had the same feelings about her. Her attitude comes across as very condescending. One time when i walked into the pro-shop, if the timing could not have been worse, she and another lady named Michelle were making inappropriate comments about another customer who had trouble speaking English, which is completely unacceptable in a customer-facing environment. cuaght mary once talking down to an employee and i felt really bad. It's a shame because the location and facility have plenty of potential, but the poor customer service and unprofessional behavior make it difficult to recommend. Management should seriously reconsider how customers and staff are treated here. This place may be cheaper than TopGolf but I recommend going to another drive range only if you want to avoid Mary.

The simulation is really nice, they have two bases and it's located behind a salon. My only two grapes with this place and not giving them the complete five stars, is that it does tend to get a little hot in here. I'm a bigger dude and I start to sweat very easily. But with that being said it's nothing that's super uncomfortable. It does not feel like a sauna. And from what I told they are upgrading their AC system here so when they do, I will be sure to make this a 5 Star Place. The owner is also super responsive. There were bare spots all over the "fairways," there was grass growing over the "sand traps," the "tee boxes" were uneven with sporadic grass. I honestly could not believe it. I am hopeful this course can be saved, because it actually could be nice. But it needs some serious love and maybe a Board that actually cares about their product. I bet membership would increase! Well I called again the day before to confirm and was told they didn't see my name anywhere and that they had a tournament going. What was displeasing was that my group and I had taken the day off from work to make this golf day happen. Josh who answered the phone was very pleasant and told me he wasn't sure why Roman booked me for a day if there was no way to book with the tee times blocked off due to a tournament. Really think they need to look into this mishap. If I didn't have the OCD that I have I would've never called a day before to confirm as I usually do when there is no confirmation of a text or email reservation. Glad I called and will be calling to schedule another day and hope it sticks for next week. I will update my review if the review calls for an update.
