They won't honor their return policy unless you have the original receipt. Just fyi. And they won't print another one out for you, despite having ID and having the record right in front of you. Save yourself a trip and go to PGA. These policies are just meant to help them make sales. They don't honor them in a realistic way. **THIS IS NOT ABOUT THE STORE** DO NOT SHOP ON THE WEBSITE! I ordered a new set of irons from them on the 18th of July with an estimated shipping of August 4th. on July 29th my ordered switched to shipped with a Fedex link to track my package. I continued to receive an error message when trying to check the status so I reached out to customer service. They said that I should have received my clubs a while ago and that they would reach out to Callaway. I waited two days with no update. I called customer service back to learn that one of my clubs was on back order and that it wouldn't be ready until OCTOBER! They said the best they could do was try and reach out and get part of my order sent out or I wait until October. Im more than irritated in the fact that they knew this information ahead of time and did not provide me with any alternatives or updates prior to deceiving me by letting me think my order was shipped. Instead of lying to your customers Maybe try communicating inventory issues with a real plan. read more

Horrendous customer service. A simple hello when you walk into the store would suffice. There was about 6 employees walking around the store and not one of them asked if I needed any assistance. Had to call an associate over to get size for a shoe. He looked like a deer in headlights and never came back to check on me nor did he ask if I needed further assistance. Hands down some of the best customer service in the retail golf space. I've been to this location a handful of times and every time I am impressed. Taking the time to breakdown the products, show a few styles and to offer additional assistance is exactly what I got. I recommend this location if you need Club fittings/ pro training New golf bags Shoes , balls and gadgets And a great team. My personal experience was with Trevor in the club repair department and the manager josh. Both exceeded my expectations. Usually this day in age I'm kinda disappointed with retail service due to the lack of employees and lack of knowledge. But I am glad to be a customer of this golf galaxy. They will continue to get my business even tho I have another place closer to my house. 6 stars!! read more

Don't waste your time. Always limited on club selections or have to order and now they don't have a return or exchange policy for clubs you purchase from them and want to try. What kind of garbage is that?!? Everyone knows the bays are nothing like actually playing. What a joke!! No wonder they're going under. Went in to buy son a driver and 3-wood and can't even use the simulator without paying to see the distance, accuracy or ball speed. Very disappointed. Absolutely ridiculous service here. Called in and asked if I needed to make an appointment to get fitted for clubs or if I could just walk in. The person on the phone said I don't need to make an appointment and then I asked if I could come in sometime around four and he said yeah that'll definitely be no problem. I walk in at 4:25 and they scold me for "being 30 minutes late". Told me to leave bc they close at 6 and that i'll need to make an appointment online. Extremely shitty service here. read more

This place is a joke. 5/31/21 dropped off club for shaft replacement. 6/30/21 Approximately. Called to find out if club was ready. Sure, come on down. 7/1/21 went to pick up club. No club. Shaft on back order. I understand everything is back ordered but why did you tell me it was ready? I was polite anyway. 7/13/21 voicemail club is ready! Get there, nope shaft is here but not assembled. Ok, misunderstanding whatever. I'm happy shaft is here so I was polite, again. 8/5/21 went in to see if it was ready. Nope, shafts still here but they haven't touched it. I paid on May 31st and still don't have club. I highly discourage anyone from using their repair shop. I have been VERY understanding until now. If I hadn't come in the club would never have been repaired. I don't know about other Golf Galaxies but I'd stay far away from this one. read more

Tonight I wanted to test some drivers and if I liked one would purchase. The guy at the front, Declan, could care less to be of any help. I asked for help at one of the driving bays and he sent another older man who gave me a few clubs to try and leave so he could enjoy his smoke break. Good news is I learned how to run their computer all on my own. It was not busy so I thought it would be a great time to go in, but the two guys there tonight looked bored and didn't really care. Horrible service. I guess I was an inconvenience or something to ask for assistance. Too many great stores to shop here. I guess I will go to Vans on Camelback. Went in today prior to a golf trip wanting to add to my golf wardrobe. I found some clothes that I wanted to try on and went to the counter to ask to be let into the changing room. The kid behind the counter acted as if I was ruining his day (he was standing with his back to the store watching soccer on the TV) he said (someone will be right there) nobody ever came so I left. Recently ordered a set of Cobra Irons online. (5-GW). They sent me 1 iron in the box. Thought it was a bad joke! I called and they said they are out of stock. After calling customer service, waiting on the phone, driving to Dick's Sporting Goods to drop off that "1 iron". Complete waste of time and energy. Now I am waiting patiently for my refund. Don't bother, ordering from these people, complete amateur hour. Taking my business elsewhere! read more

Ladies, don't bother! Gents, if you're looking to pick something up for the lady golfer in your life there are much better places. The stock choices were pitifully small. In the gloves section alone there were three whole walls of selection for the men and two short columns for the ladies (and most of them were medium size). Aside from that we were ignored by the majority of the staff apart from the lady at the till. I don't buy from brick and mortar shops much now but when I do I'm looking for great, knowledgeable service and the ability to inspect the wares. This store is woefully short on both. I was prepared to pay for a lot of stuff to kit myself out for the season including re-gripping my clubs. I'll take my business elsewhere and I suggest you do too. read more

Two times in here in the last 6 weeks and the customer service is HORRIBLE. The first time I was buying a set of clubs for my wife and had questions to ask, I was in the store for 30 minutes and couldnt get anyone to even look my way. It was the middle of the day and they were not at all busy. I was on my lunch hour and left, the next day I went to the PGA Superstore, got my questions answered and bought my wife a new set of golf clubs. Mind you, the PGA store is 15 miles round trip out of my way, and Golf Galaxy is on my way home. Today I went back on my lunch hour to grab my wife a new glove. I saw a pre owned driver I wanted too and attempted to check out.... There was 1 older guy buying a putter at the register and 3 people were helping him???? Two other guys were standing off to the side chatting... after 5 minutes of just standing there, I heard someone being told to check me out. He looked at me with a blank face and did nothing. I set down the driver on the counter and walked out. I will never go there again. Their loss... I am one of those guys that are constantly buying new clubs and trading in my old ones. PGA Superstore here I come!!!!! read more

Went to Golf Galaxy today after looking up items online. I always want to try items on, so I drove down there to see the items and see if they had my size (18). After looking at the golf pants I saw online, discovered they only carried a Size 16, which most stores do. (By the way, I have always worn 16, did they get smaller? I am sure my butt could not get any bigger) Anyway, a nice guy named Greg asked if he could help, I explained I wanted this certain golf pant and they had Size 18 online and I drove to see if they were in stock. He didn't judge. He didn't snicker. He said he knew most stores carried only to Size 16, but he went the extra mile and called Dick's Sporting Goods to ask if they had my brand/size. He discovered they did not carry Size 18 either. He explained I could purchase On Line and if I didn't like them I could return the item to the store, or that JCPenney, across the street had pants similar to what I wanted in a size 18. Went to JcPenney and found the pants I wanted in Size 18. This is NOT a JcPenney review, this is a GREG AT GOLF GALAXY review! Who does that? Who really takes the time to help an old, Size 18, lady? Greg does! I am referring all of my friends go to Golf Galaxy just because of this guy. My last set of Ping clubs was purchased at Vans. The individual who did the fitting was very uninterested in my purchase. He had me swing 1 time and said he knew what I required. Wrong. After golfing with these clubs for a month, I took them to a golf fitting and repair shop. After a re-do on the clubs my game did improve. Now I am going to purchase a set of Mizuno Hot Metal clubs, it won't be at Vans. read more
