I would like to post a very positive review. The people working at the Easton Golf Galaxy have been extremely helpful. If you are looking to take lessons, Russ is your guy. Very smart and keeps it simple. The entire staff has been kind and helpful. My lesson was cancelled yesterday and they thought I would be driving their way so they informed me Russ was ill but I could practice as long as I would like on a simulator! That's customer service. I had a fitting yesterday and Andy N. did a good job. I purchased a Ping G440 iron set, What i did not like is that i now have to wait 3-4 weeks to get the clubs. I can't believe that with all of the clubs that they have there they could not find a set that i could bring home. I wish there was a way that i could get my money back read more

I went in for a driver fitting and they do a great job of evaluating your swing to find the right fit. Very happy with my new driver!

I've always liked Golf Galaxy - mainly for their wide selection of golf equipment, clothing and supplies. This was my first time in their new store at Easton and the store is impressive. They still have a great selection of merchandise and the store is well organized. However -- customer service is lacking. First off - there weren't many associates working the floor and 2 of the ones I dealt with didn't seem to have any knowledge of the products and couldn't answer questions regarding the products. Very unimpressed with the staff and their lack of information. I did deal with 1 associate who seemed knowledgeable. Maybe they save the A-team staff for evenings and weekends and maybe you get the B-team when shopping on Thursday morning but I was not impressed with my experience in this store this week. read more

Went in to look at getting a new driver last night was wanting to try some out. First no one was walking around to see if I needed help. I had to go to the counter myself and ask someone for help. Then when telling them what I was looking for and telling them I wanted to try some out, they told me that I would have to set up a club fitting. That's not what I wanted! went ahead and got a driver but they should let you see if that's the club you want. read more

Hands down one of our favorite go-to golf stores. They have a huge womens golf apparel section filled with all the top brands. This is important because the other sports stores have a limited selection for women. Sign up to be a member to get great coupons. This location is new, clean and organized. I saw an ad on Facebook for a sun mountain golf bag that was on sale for $175.98. Original price was $250. I went in the store to purchase this item as well as some others and was told they would not honor the price. This is because when you click on the item the price changed to $219 on their website. He refused to honor the advertised price. I was not asking for any special favors or pricing, only what they advertised. BAIT AND SWITCH! I left the items and the store. Out of curiosity I walked across the parking lot to Dicks and when to their golf area. Low and behold the exact same bag with a sale sticker of $175.98 right on the bag. No haggling or need to show anyone the sale ad from Facebook. I have a gold scorecard with them and I have spent well over $1000 in golf galaxy over the last few months. This location always argues about taking Dicks coupons and sale ads even though it is the same company. I guess maybe their CEO needs to spend more time on his company and their awful customer service and less time in his political views. I will not set foot in this store again. read more

Several bad experiences here, all due to customer service. I love the layout and variety in merchandise but don't expect customer service. I've been a regular Dicks Sporting Goods customer but I may start buying directly from my favorite brands. read more

The only reason they get 1 star is because there is not a way to give them a zero. I have never been to a store that cared less about their customer and maintaining their business. At first I thought it was just one employee but it actually stems from the managers down. It first started when I broke my driver shaft. I used a extra stiff tour pro shaft and when I asked it to be replaced, the worker laughed and told me that "a golfer like you doesn't need that shaft" meanwhile my club pro fit me for that shaft... Next while reshafting the same driver they lazily used the wrong driver head shaft connector. Instead of a R1 they use the R11. There are only 3 options there for taking the technology out of the driver I bought. While waiting for that same shaft, I asked to test out a new driver because I was debating not reshafting the driver but just purchasing the new one. I was told that it would cost me $30 to test the driver out. This was the last straw. I freaked out and thank god the manager Jay was a decent person he gave me a club fitting and hooked me up. This is the only reason I went back but it soon bit me right in the butt. I bought RSi 2s from this location a $1600 value. A club broke a little over a year after I bought them. I spoke with taylormade and all returns need to go through the stores. They were very distance and not help while processing my return. I asked if I could swap my club out because taylormade told me that's how many stores operate. NOT HERE! They told me they never do that, so I asked them to call taylormade. Then they really told me to beat it, the worker fake dials taylormade and tells me they are closed. A major business closed at 11 am on a Monday in July.. I called when I got in the car and reach a associate within minutes. I gave them the benefit of the doubt one time and it was the wrong decision. FOOL ME ONCE SHAME ON YOU, FOOL ME TWICE SHAME ON ME. I will never purchase one more item from this location. I hope this purchase deters many people from going into this store and they visit the golf Galaxy right down the street in Dublin. Poor customer service, I was hitting irons in their public fitting area. Hitting the shaft and head I wanted and the guy grabs it and hands me a completely different head and shaft from what I was WANTING to hit. Terrible knowledge of the clubs, etc. read more

Called in to see if they had the new titleist driving iron to demo and they said yes. Get to the store 10 minutes later and they said there was none to demo but had it for sale. Smh read more

Great new store. Was helped right away, by the Manager Jay. Very helpful in finding what I needed. Let's face it, all Golf Stores pretty much sell the same products at the same price to be competitive. What sets Golf Galaxy apart from others is their service and focus on the customer. I've been totally ignored at GolfSmith and Dicks. read more

Only gave them a one star since I had to select one. Horrible customer service. I called to make sure they had an item I was looking for and they indicated they did. I showed up 5 min later to find out that they didn't. Did they even look? Cared to check so I wouldn't come to the store? Nope..never again read more
