My basement has been completely dry for 20+ years but a year after the leveling and dry well were installed by basement repeatedly flooded, I pumped out 1000's of gallons of water in a failed attempt to save my finished basement over a three month period. Repeated calls to Kull did nothing and finally I dug a trench to drain the ponding water and dug out the top of the dry well which caused water to flow out for hours. Kull Scape agreed that the dry well caused the problem and extended the pipe further out into the yard last Aug. Last fall we received 6.7" of rain and the basement remained dry proving the dry well was the problem. I sent a certified letter and presentation documenting the damage to Kull Scape in early Jan 2020 asking them to pay for the repairs to my basement of approximately $4022. The post office confirmed is was signed for.....as of today I'm still waiting ...

They missed an old fence post buried in concrete during the removal of the old landscaping. Instead of removing it later when they laid the new sod, they just laid the sod around it as if I wanted to keep an old fence post in my yard. They took so long to come lay the sod that they were not able to complete the job before the cold weather hit last year so they had to return to finish the job this spring. They did not tell me when they were coming to do the sod work either time. They did not tell me how I was supposed to take care of the new sod. I can see the seams where the sod is laid which looks terrible. They pulled out an old basketball post for me and said they would return to fill in the hole and lay sod over that as well but did not finish that part of the job either. They basically did not seem to care how good of a job they were doing. I will never use their services again and would not recommended them to anyone.

But,…read moreunfortunately since Ray took over the business from his grandfather, the service has changed. After my last spray service, I had bugs within the first month. I called to ask for return service since this company always vocalized that they would come back within 6 months of the last service if bugs returned. My appointments were missed by Ray 2 times in a row, then neither Ray or Ashely would not answer the phone for over 4 weeks. My wife used her phone and Ashley answered right away and stated she would call me but did not. I finally spoke with the grandfather and initially he was surprised at what had occurred and said he would investigate. The grandfather called me back and said I needed to find a new pest control company since they did not want to service Metamora anymore and my $235 payment would not be refunded even though they guarantee their service. I strongly do not recommend this company and also determined later that this company is not listed with the Better Business Bureau.
