I went in to get fitted for a set of irons, 7-PW. I haven't hit irons consistently for 10 years. Kendall set me up with a set of Wilson Dynopower Max irons. Absolutely love them. From clubs, apparel, shoes, to any accessories imaginable you will find here. Customer service is plentiful as well as informative and helpful. On this day I purchased a pair of golf shoes. So many brand, styles and price ranges to be found. Golf clubs can trade in your existing clubs for new ones. This is a wonderful service! The store is clean and well organized in separate rooms with specialty service personal. Custom and personal club fitting. Located in a busy shopping center there was a ample sized lot parking. I was at the at your golf headquarters in Louisville KY on Shelbyville road I brought 2 clubs in for repair. The removal one head and installation of another shaft and after trying to be persuaded by your staff its not worth changing shafts do to how busy your club repair shop is I received both shafts back from repair damaged beyond repair from the new condition I brought them in in; both being $200 shafts. After asking staff about the damages I was confronted by your manager saying it is not your store policy for any damages to any clubs or materials that is not from your inventory. Now if that is your policy you shouldn't let people bring in clubs for repair if it's not from your store and that wasn't made clear to me by your staff or was I asked to sign something that said that upon drop off. Its like going for an oil change on your car and them wrecking it and saying well you didn't by it here so your out of luck. Worst staff when it comes to customer service and extreme lack of golf knowledge. This establishment has now coasted me two $200 shafts. I have wrote multiple bad reviews over different platforms and reached out to you personally and spread word through both my golf clubs about not bringing business through your doors if this is what happens to customers. read more

Owner Tony has turned a small shop into one of the BEST full service Pro shops anywhere in the USA. I've been to most of them. The thing that sets it apart is the staff that works the custom fittings. Putter fittings, driver shafts that match your swing & ability. I've also been told no need to upgrade and work on my swing first. Tony has been employing young men & women to work the counter etc while the Greg, Nick & others trained by Titelist , and other major brands are working on your game in the swing analysis bays. Plenty of shops can sell you sticks all day long. This isn't THAT shop. read more

Great experience!! Fantastic golf club fitting session yesterday afternoon with Greg G. and Joseph A. Superb people and the professionalism was off the charts! They truly know their craft and I'd recommend this store if you're in the market for a club fitting. Didn't get to tour the store - but it looks like they have an incredible and vast selection of golf equipment. I'll now be playing with a variety of clubs specific to my swing. Went in to be fitted for irons, was able to get a used set that was a perfect match to my bag, color and brand alike. Most importantly, it was under budget! Scott was very helpful, talked me through everything, explained different clubs and shafts and such. He offered some helpful advice and their swing analyzing technology was extremely insightful. This is how you do business. Tony Mac (the owner) took amazing care of my 14 year old son who was playing golf for the first time on his school team. Tony fitted him with an extremely well priced set of used Ping irons and Calloway woods. He made sure we had everything we needed, and was sensitive to balancing cost against quality and longevity. This place is the real deal. If you are looking for a store that has a huge selection of everything golf related this should be your first stop. All of the guys that work here are knowledgable, and very easy to talk to when you have a question. Many golf stores that I have been in to can be intimidating, but not here! Prices are very fair and the service level is incredible. Don't get fooled by the big box stores "great deal of the week", start here and get a true value that doesn't depend on the weekly special. Had to leave a review of this place on Yelp. I've been in and out of this store on multiple occasions since recently moving to the area. The associates there have only been helpful and I've never felt I had to purchase something. (Did purchase a U.S. Kids golf set for my 6 year old and felt really good about the experience.) My son likes to putt there when I'm looking around and they are gracious to allow it. Recently I paid 30 bucks (credit if you purchase clubs through them) for a club fitting. With the Trackman technology and his (Greg's) expertise, it was a wonderful education (6 handicap) and a blast to see immediate results with the different club and shaft technologies. I've always purchased pre-owned clubs (PGA Superstore and golfsmith Scottsdale, and golf galaxy in the Midwest,) but this experience convinced me to order clubs specific to me. Very impressed with this business and their personalized approach to my golf game. read more
