The only positive part of the evening was the gentleman who served us -- he was professional, attentive, and courteous. His service stood in sharp contrast to the unacceptable front desk experience. This was meant to be part of our Valentine's Day Eve celebration, and the mishandling of the reservation completely undermined the experience.
