That is not standard practice at all, and she completely felt uncomfortable. On top of that, this creates a real privacy and security concern. Personal belongings like wallet, phone, and other valuables are typically kept in the cart, and being required to share that space with someone you don't know raises the risk of loss or theft. When we raised concerns, guy at the proshop said I'd have to pay $16 extra for her to ride alone with a theory we paid for a seat and not the cart! How ridiculous! I have never heard anything like this before because we all paid for the cart. Next day, we played at Skylinks in Long Beach, which is also a Los Angeles municipal course, and they gave our 3rd player her own cart. And 4th individual player got his own cart. So this is certainly not a norm. Dear management, your cart sharing policy could discourage players from returning and may ultimately impact customer retention more than it helps operational savings. I kindly ask that you reconsider or provide more flexible options for guests.

Well after about two range sessions my back was killing me and I wasn't hitting the ball very far so it was time for lessons. Joel is simply the best. I'm now a regular student of his and go almost every Saturday to work on all aspects of my game. Joel always knows exactly what I need to work on and finds ways to make things "click". Looking at some videos from my first range session to where I'm at only 4 short weeks later is astounding. I even recently got fitted for a driver and was complimented on my swing. Price is only $10 difference versus the open bays. There's only 2 private rooms and I think 6 open bays in the back. It's still a fairly new spot and they're still making improvements. We were greeted and taken to the room with complimentary Asian snacks! They also sell food but we didn't have the time to give it a try. The rooms are super clean, spacious, with couches and ac! Great for a group party! The only downfall I didn't really like was the room is not solid. So you can hear everyone in the next room and when you hit the ball which can be pretty loud. Other than that, the facility is clean and we enjoyed the experience of the simulator. The gentleman there was extremely nice and really helpful!!
