Then after losing like seven balls at Canyon crest and shooting in the upper 90s again, I finally humbled myself and realized I might need a coach In my business life- coaching had paid for itself many times over and I finally widened up and thought "why not golf too" Maybe you relate, I'd been trying to bake a cake with a million different recipes on YouTube and I knew that if I was humble enough to go and copy someone else's playbook from top to bottom just maybe I might stand a chance When I met Jay, I could tell right away, this guy knows his stuff and he spoke my language, "biomechanical efficiency", "anatomical limits", "isometric tension", and on and on You see I'm a skeptic and I'm pretty critical by nature and I challenge everything, but anything I threw at Jay he had a response for, and not only that he was able to redirect me and tell me where I'm not even asking the right questions I must admit I'm a difficult person to work with. I'm an eight on the Enneagram (a challenger), and not only is Jay gifted in his golf system, but also in his soft skills, such as being able to handle challenging people. He knew when to step on the gas and push me and he knew when I just needed a nice cold Gatorade cause I was about to explode Today I finally broke 80. He told me I would within 6 months of his coaching... and we made it Cheers Jay, to a true coach. Someone who answered my late evening and weekend texts, kept me on the tracks, kept it simple when i needed simple, and we had a few laughs along the way.

I went from thinking my swing was "fine" while struggling through terrible rounds, to actually feeling confident on the course--and even beating my friends now . Danny took the time to start with the fundamentals and rebuilt my swing the right way. He corrected my grip, stance, and overall swing mechanics, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand and apply. In only two lessons, I learned the core skills for both my irons and driver, which completely changed my game. I'd say I went from beginner (borderline horrible!) to a solid intermediate in a very short time. I'm incredibly grateful for the instruction. I'll be practicing the drills Danny taught me and will definitely be back when I'm ready to take my game to the next level. If you're on the fence about golf lessons, take this as your sign to invest in them. Just two lessons gave me the fundamentals that will be the foundation of my game moving forward.

I really like the multiple camera views & of feedback that we got after every swing and all of the statistics to go along with everything swing. $30 for an hour was a fair price, I got about 24 holes of golf from the courses they have on the simulator in that one hour. It took me a while to gauge my putting speed on here tho. Would definitely come back again!

We had to move some chairs around before the ceremony started so that my family could be comfortable. You also have to walk to the venue building to use the restroom which is a pretty hefty walk in heels and a long dress. They do have golf carts available but where were they? Don't know. Only saw them after the ceremony. The building where the reception was held was okay. It needed some renovation but the decorations for the wedding made it nice. Walking into the pro shop, we overheard one of the staff members (I'll call her "MAD" - cuz well: 1) she's insta mad. 2) her name starts with a "M" (same name as Rachel's roommate on the TV show Friends). 3) As we'll see later on, MAD gave me her name, and taunted me to use it, so feels like we're ok here.), laughing along as a coworker mocked a golfer on the first tee for hitting a bad shot. Not a great first impression, but apparently on-brand for how staff here looks down on customers based on other reviews. After checking in, we learned my wife would need to share a cart with another single player unless we paid extra for her own, she's had poor experiences with this. The outside attendant said it would cost about $15 for a solo cart, and another golfer in our group confirmed he'd paid roughly $16-ish to ride solo. My wife asked if I'd just share her cart instead, so I went back to the pro shop to switch from walking to riding. That's when MAD rang me up for $17.50 and I made the mistake of being a lowly peon and asking the Elite status staff a simple clarifying question: The attendant outside said it was $15 to ride solo, so it it cheaper to do that? MAD looked at me like I was an idiot, snapped that the outside attendant "doesn't know anything," and got visibly annoyed that I'd dare question her pricing. When I pressed for clarity, she slammed the rate sheet on the counter, sighed dramatically, and stormed off to a stool at the other end of the counter, telling her coworker she "can't deal with this" and to handle me instead. When I asked why she was so upset, she shouted that I'd given her attitude for asking about pricing and not believing her. I asked the other employee for a supervisor's name; he gave it but said they weren't in. She then loudly announced her name, M***** and taunted me to use it... I guess she didn't care because she's perfect and can do no wrong. The outside attendant later came over and apologized for the whole ordeal so she get's credit for that. For the Pro shop, it would be nice for Ai to take this job... one of the most unpleasant customer service experiences I've had at a golf course. Manage your ego before you manage a cash register.

Well after about two range sessions my back was killing me and I wasn't hitting the ball very far so it was time for lessons. Joel is simply the best. I'm now a regular student of his and go almost every Saturday to work on all aspects of my game. Joel always knows exactly what I need to work on and finds ways to make things "click". Looking at some videos from my first range session to where I'm at only 4 short weeks later is astounding. I even recently got fitted for a driver and was complimented on my swing. I really enjoy working with Joel and plan on taking lessons from him for a long time!

I called Shaftopia and spoke with someone who said he was the "distributor." I asked what length the shaft would play at once installed in my mini driver. He kept talking over me and saying, "You mean DRIVER?" I told him no, mini driver. Their website doesn't have a mini driver option like other shaft distributors do, so I selected fairway wood instead of driver because the Titleist GTS300 Mini Driver uses a fairway wood adapter. I asked again what length the shaft would play at, and his response was, "Do you have Google?" Couldn't believe how rude and unhelpful he was over a pretty simple question. First and last time ordering from this place.

Price is only $10 difference versus the open bays. There's only 2 private rooms and I think 6 open bays in the back. It's still a fairly new spot and they're still making improvements. We were greeted and taken to the room with complimentary Asian snacks! They also sell food but we didn't have the time to give it a try. The rooms are super clean, spacious, with couches and ac! Great for a group party! The only downfall I didn't really like was the room is not solid. So you can hear everyone in the next room and when you hit the ball which can be pretty loud. Other than that, the facility is clean and we enjoyed the experience of the simulator. The gentleman there was extremely nice and really helpful!!

I was…read morehesitant at first to approach Chad but I have to say, investing and getting lessons from him was the best thing I'ver ever done to improve my game. Went from 100 to now 87 within 5-7 lessons! He gives all his attention to you and will even give you tips outside of lessons when you are at the range practicing by yourself. I would highly recommend Chad as he is super friendly and respectful.
