This was probably my third or fourth purchase but this time, my refund took me horribly longer. The person I spoke with informed me that there was no indication that my refund was to be credited to my credit card. However, I placed my order, I specifically stated to credit my trade-in funds to my purchase. Buyers/fellow golfers beware! Their processes and communication became horrible and sub par through the years. They do not respond to emails so attempt to even reach them electronically Now, since my funds would be converted to check, it will take another two to three WEEKS to receive my check. They stated that USPS is slow in sending checks. TERRIBLE! Lessons learned: NOT to purchase with 2nd Swing Golf once again.

Explained the situation…read moreto Nick and he went straight to work on getting me set up with matching clubs and when he couldn't match the exact head/shaft combo on my hybrid, one of the associates picked out 3 similar demo models and explained the one that most closely matched mine. Not only did Nick and his staff go above and beyond but he allowed me to use the demo at no charge no matter how much I insisted on paying some sort of rental fee. Nick also expertly bent my damaged putter back to its original condition. I can't tell you how impressed I was with not only the willingness to help but the professionalism and knowledge as well. Not that my local PGA SuperStore isn't good, but I wish I had Nick and his team at my disposal back in Cali! GREAT JOB!

We always reserve one of the side banquet rooms, which gives us the privacy we need. The ICC staff are consistently wonderful to interact with. The valet, coach check attendants, bartender and waiters were all very courteous and accommodating for our large party. Beyond the service, the food is always good - my particular favorites from last night were the risotto and chocolate soufflé. I had to show some serious restraint to not eat the entire dessert, otherwise I would have induced a food coma. This review may not be the most helpful considering you have to be a member (or in my case, a fraternity brother of a member) in order to visit, but I recommend Interlachen regardless.

The machines, such as stairs, treadmill, elliptical, are lined up directly behind the stationary bicycles, which are, in turn, lined up against the floor mats for stretching. I haaate seeing all these sketchy dudes pretending to use the stationery bikes while instead they ogle the women stretching. It's just so transparently disgusting, I thought we were past this in 2026. I miss how the stretching area used to be tucked in the corner and not on display for the entire gym. The last thing I want to do is lay on the floor in the middle of a fishbowl, while getting into different poses. I should just take photos of the oglers and upload them here, since management doesn't seem to care if guys take photos. As far as the other patrons. There's a group of guys in the back and use the place like their personal circuit training, they all rotate weight stations in the back so no one else can use them. The downsize for LA closing Hopkins/Uptown/Brooklyn Center was already a huge discouragement for a lot of us, but due to the fair pricing a lot of people decided to huddle together at the renovated SLP location. Even with the closings the location's layout doesn't make it feel crowded, and there are some competitive accessory machines compared to other budget gyms. At the end of the day I keep my LA membership because of the budget friendly packages, but ya'll have to do better at facility upkeep in this specific location. Ordered a bike for pickup since it was the only one left in the nearby metro area. The associate that pointed it out was very nice but he mentioned that whoever put the bike together had checked it off as good to go but missed all the bike damage. The bike had about 3 areas where the metal was scraped/exposed on the frame (divots) and the tires/pedals were clearly worn. There were scratches under the seat, the rubber handle bars at the ends had scuffs and it just looked like a used bike. They did offer 10-15% off but the price was still over $120 after taxes. I was very disappointed that I drove that far for a bike that looked like it was used and returned and I wasn't made aware of the damage ahead of time. Ended up passing, got a refund, and left with nothing.
