My custom clubs were damaged by the airline upon arriving from California. Explained the situation to Nick and he went straight to work on getting me set up with matching clubs and when he couldn't match the exact head/shaft combo on my hybrid, one of the associates picked out 3 similar demo models and explained the one that most closely matched mine. Not only did Nick and his staff go above and beyond but he allowed me to use the demo at no charge no matter how much I insisted on paying some sort of rental fee. Nick also expertly bent my damaged putter back to its original condition. I can't tell you how impressed I was with not only the willingness to help but the professionalism and knowledge as well. I ordered a custom set of irons. I was told 2 weeks and had a golf trip planned 3 weeks post purchase. Not only was the order not fulfilled on time, but I needed to reach out for updates and understanding, when I should have been contacted. I placed 2 orders combining for nearly $3000. A little communication could have gone a long way. Very poor customer service. And sadly I will NOT have my clubs for a important trip. read more

Super cool store! I came in with my 12-year-old son and asked at the front desk for help with juniors clubs. They told me where to go and said they would send me back someone to help me. The guy came and explained to me all the different starter sets which were basically by height. He also said we could go a more expensive, $529 was the set behind me, versus the $209 one in front of me. Then he asked if we would like to try out the clubs. Sure. So he took us to a simulator and we got 10 minutes of hitting against a white curtain that told us how fast the ball was going, left or right etc. etc. So cool! We probably talked four or five people there, men I might add. But they were all very friendly and helpful. There are hats, balls, tees, clubs, clothes, men's, women's, children's. If you like golf (or even tennis,) you will love it here! read more

David fitted me for my driver and not only sold me on an orange whip but actually walked me through what my issue was. Large store with a great selection for men and women! We found lots of last season's clothes on clearance for 60% off or more. Many of the men's clothes were limited in sizes to just small through large or single extra large. I would recommend knowing what you're gonna buy before you go to this store, because the staff isn't eager to help. I recently went for a driver fitting and had to ask multiple people to be put in a bay. I currently play a stiff shaft, 9 degree, but came looking for a driver that could produce less spin. I was handed a 11.5 degree regular flex driver because he thought it "fit me" could not hit it more than 200 yards, then was told that I needed a LESSON rather than a new driver. I immediately left and went to 2nd Swing across the street, got fitted perfectly for a Ping G425 LST and was hitting it 260, purchased it and love it. I recommend 2nd Swing even for new clubs. read more

These guys know exactly what they're talking about. Do NOT listen to the other reviewers mentioning unfriendly staff. That is simply not true! 2 stars is being generous. Bad customer service. Was willing to buy a whole new set of irons & woods and no employee around to help with questions and demo. Selection was lacking for left handed golfers. I wouldn't call yourself a superstore if you can't cater to all customers needs. read more

Worst customer service in town. I got a defective product that broke first week during normal play. PGA Superstore would not refund even with receipt and w/i 30 days. I am not the kind of person who normally write reviews, especially if the review is negative (I think this is my first ever). However, I had what can only be described as a surreal experience at the Minneapolis, MN PGA TOUR Superstore this weekend - courtesy of salesman Nick. While describing what I was looking for (after being upfront about the fact that I like to play clubs designed for much better players than me), he actually rolled his eyes at me. It was absolutely shocking to me. I asked him if he had in fact rolled his eyes, he did not acknowledge the question, and I left the store. I had walked in ready to spend $2000 on new clubs - and I knew what I wanted down to about 4 sets. I generally buy two sets of clubs a year - not because I want to play better golf (in fact, I pretty much quit keeping score after I graduated from the high school golf team 25 years ago and no longer had to) but because I am fascinated by the technology. I like to spend on money on well-designed golf clubs and can afford to do so - you would think a store like this would be happy to have me. I went down the road to Golf Galaxy and gave them my money after spending an hour with a very nice sales person despite the store being busy. He did not seem at all bothered by the idea of selling clubs to someone looking for clubs that their game certainly does not justify. read more
