This guy gorilla screws it into my grip I said hey did you even weight the putter yet? The guys says oh yeah we gotta do that first right. Neither one could get the weight out it was in there so tight so they cut the grip off! Craig went to pick out another of the same I had already had one in my hand for him but Craig insisted on using the one he grabbed. Kinda funny cause it turned out it was a FAKE Super Stroke grip! the 3.0 xl are exactly 13.75 in length this one was much shorter. I'll never go back there very poor customer service it was even a slow day no one in the store.
