Maybe less of a complaint of this location versus the business model of golftec as a whole. Had previously gone to a different location and moved and had remaining lessons. Upon re establishing connection with the location in question my lessons were either no longer 'valid' or they were unable to find it but set me up with another swing evaluation. During evaluation I got some solid advice but the entire time was being sold a lesson plan that was all up front. Thats their prerogative but I had to pay 100 or so bucks for a 30 minute swing evaluation despite having previously paid a handsome amount for a lesson plan that wasn't finished yet. Golf is expensive as is but the entire process made me feel more like a quota for the business rather than a customer they previously had and wanted to retain. If my lessons expired that's fine but when paying that much all up front and no explanation of why I couldn't use my previous lessons left a sour taste in my mouth. My experience with the swing coaches have been nothing but positive but be warned if you need to move or if you might not use all your lessons up in a consolidated time frame. read more

I scheduled a club fitting and was given no instructions on what to bring or how to prepare for the appointment. I am not a new golfer but I haven't played in over a decade. I don't own any clubs and the associate was frustrated that he would have to use their testers. I wish they had told me to bring a glove, but that is on me. My biggest complaint is the turn around time. I ordered irons on the spot and was told the turn-around time for pickup was 7-10 days. 2 weeks later and I had heard nothing so I called. They told me that they believed they would be in the following Monday. I called on Monday and was told it would be another week. Now it will be 4 weeks from order to pick-up. I asked the associate via phone, "at what point do I hold you accountable"!? He told me that since this was a distribution issue, there was nothing they could do. There are no tracking functions for your order like you would have on other website or at other stores. Beyond frustrated with this. read more

I had a very disappointing first interaction with this company. When I called to get information about pricing and getting an unlimited facility membership for practice I was told it all depends. The sales rep said packages are from 500 to 5,000 dollars but he couldn't tell me what they included. To have my questions answered I had to pay $125 for a swing evaluation. The whole thing is set up to up-sale you and feels sleazy. Coaches may be fine but I'll go elsewhere. read more

The swing evaluation is mainly geared at enticing you to prepay for a variety of packages. In my opinion the business works hard at training the instructors to sell. There is a reason they want customers to prepay. Beware. read more

I visited Golftec to inquire about services but despite a notice on the front door neither employee was wearing a mask that covered his nose. Given my status being in a high risk group for Covid-19, I am concerned about proper health protocols. Next time I visit, if I do, I will indicate my discomfort with the improper mask protocol before I purchase any service. read more

I went to GolfTec in hopes that they could fix my golf game which had somehow managed to become unbearable. I'm decently athletic but somehow felt hopeless when trying to hit a golf ball. Coach Alan Joyal has worked wonders and has me playing better than ever. I'd reccomend GolfTec to anybody who is serious about playing better golf. Worth every penny. read more

I've really enjoyed working on my game with Brett. He takes the time to listen to my swing thoughts and issues and is able to word his tips in ways I can understand and implement quickly, and works with me if something doesn't click right away. Not only does the videos of my swing really show what I need to work on, but being able to watch them on the range on my own time with the app is incredible! Highly recommend him and GOLFTEC if you're wanting to fix your game once and for all. read more

After one year of COVID I was finally able to get vaccinated and head back to GOLFTEC to try to get better at my game. Over the last few years I've spent thousands of dollars with GOLFTEC. I showed up and found my coach had changed locations. Bummer. My new coach introduced himself. The next thing he told me was that my 9 lessons had expired. What? Are you serious? He stated that GOLFTEC had actually extended the expiration date due to the pandemic. How nice of them. I'm 56 and have a heart condition. Therefore I've limited my time at indoor facilities until I could get vaccinated. Being in a small indoor space with someone who has contact with others every day is not a risk I was willing to take. The fact that GOLFTEC doesn't understand that is infuriating. Not a good look for this corporation. Terrible customer experience. read more

I came in as a bogey golfer and within a few months I was able to take about 5 strokes off my handicap. GOLFTEC's technology is second-to-none and they're able to dissect your swing from every possible angle to get to the root of the issue. My coach, Kyle O'Keefe, was great to work with and gave me digestible feedback that I could put into action on the range. The GOLFTEC app was super helpful for me to go back and re-watch my lessons and also look at the relevant practice videos my instructor posted after our last lesson.
