I am a new resident of LA attending USC, and I haven't been able to find a trusted dentist until now! My first dentist experience in LA was awful- I was told I had 4 cavities that needed to be filled, but I wasn't experiencing any pain and have never in my life had a cavity before. I left that office feeling skeptical and discouraged. I was referred to Dr. Goli, and it turns out I only had 1 cavity that needed to be filled. Dr. Goli was very professional and kind, and she carefully explained to me the procedures that needed to be done. The other 3 cavities did not need to be filled because they were so small, but Dr. Goli said that we could keep an eye on them for future check ups. Dr. Goli and her team are absolutely amazing people! The best service I have ever received from a dentist and it was my first time at her office. You can truly expect to be helped as soon as you come in, and the wait time is not long at all. They offer you blankets, headphones, and music while they treat you as well. Dr. Goli is very visual, so she is particular about showing you photos of her treatment process! It's very helpful and a good way to know how much more you need to clean your teeth. I also really liked how the front desk is willing to feed your parking meter if you park on the street (with your own card and consent of course). Wow this place was an amazing find! I was in town for the holiday weekend and needed an appointment for a quick clean. I was able to make an appointment and was quickly seen by Dr. Javaher. As soon as I got to her office, I was greeted by her friendly staff and immediately seen to a chair. The office is pristine with a great view of the city from the chair. Great dentist, I have an old bridge that has been bothering me for some time. I was reluctant to go in because of my time constraints and not wanting to deal with the pain.... Finally my bridge fell out. I read Dr Goli's reviews on Yelp and decided to go in. They were very quick to see me. She took dental photos and showed me exactly what was going on. Her office went out of their way to find me the cheapest specialist (oral surgeon because I need an implant) and temporarily cemented in/fixed the bridge. Her office staff and the doctor were honest, fast and kind, no one was pushing procedures/products... and reasonable price. Really recommend, glad I found her. I've never been one to really enjoy going to the dentist, but in all honestly, who really is? Growing up, no matter how clean or straight my teeth were when I walked out of the dentist office, it wasn't worth the pain while sitting in the dentist chair. However, as a patient of Dr. Goli for the past few years, my once hatred of going to dentist appointments have subsided. Dr. Goli provides the the most wonderful bedside manner, as she fully explains what she is going to do and makes sure you, as her patient, is comfortable with her plan. She gives her patients an atmosphere that allows you to relax, as much as you can, by continuing easy conversation, reassurance, and the use of technology (such as offering to you to use an iPad and ear phones that drown out as much of that dreaded drilling noise as possible).
