The meats: sausage has nice snap and just a slight touch of heat. Nothing objectionable. The brisket is a little chewy, not juicy but tasty. The sides were better than the meats...just small portions. We didn't get any sauce on the meat or on the side and no utensils. It did come with a canned drink, though...I guess they figure you're taking it home?? Facebook recommendations got us to try it out. It was decent, not "drive well out of your way" good. They book up, but can give you a timeframe of when they will be free and will pencil you in, and can also give you their prices over the phone. I showed up to pick up a 1/4 of beef that my in-laws had slaughtered, and after some mild confusion on my part down at the Meat Market about paying, they pointed me over to the processing plant, where I backed in, and they loaded my vehicle up with 200 lbs. of meat. The processing plant offers vacuum sealing, as well. The meat market was busy with customers the time I was there, and were able to help me process a refund to my credit card after the payment confusion. Next time I'm in the area, I'm going to have to try their bacon and other meats.
