And I was lucky enough to see the sterling wine on sale; this will make a great upcoming gift. Follow and see why. Interesting Indian beer, but I did not buy it. Very close to buying and trying though. Good prices on holiday gift cards; see pictures. Ambiance - Crazy busy! Enough said. Service - Self service. Price - Consistent and reasonable. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success at this location since 1986. Congrats on all your success since 1976, since Price Club. probably the worst costco you can be at on the weekends. if you have to go on the weekends, i…read moresuggest you dont use a shopping cart lol parking gets very hectic on all sides of the building. its very hard for pedestrians to get in and out if you have a cart. the food court outside is really small and can get crowded since patrons go through that way too. also if the line to the gas station overflows, it seeps into the parking lot, causing a lot of people stuck in that area when leaving. the layout inside the costco isnt the typical costco layout. the produce section causes a lot of chaos as it sits in the middle of the snack/dried goods and the frozen foods. one positive note about this location is that they have a lot of asian goodies compared to the mountain view location. i always find myself grabbing more here because of the target demographic

Another customer in my line seeing this turned to me stating Douglas was the best! Unfortunately my experience yesterday was very unpleasant due to Francisco's poor people and customer service skills (or lack thereof). I explained that I wanted to use my gift card during checkout but couldn't find the gift card at the time and didn't want to hold up the line so paid using my Costco credit card. Right after swiping, I found the gift card so I wanted to have the amount returned to my credit card and re-buy the 3 items using the gift card instead. I made the request at Merchandise pickup where there were no customers waiting after me. After I explained what happened, Francisco said it was my own fault for not using the correct card, so I'll just have to use the gift card next time and said I could have just stayed as long as I needed regardless of holding up the line to find the card. Obviously I acknowledged my own mistake, which is why I explained the situation to him truthfully since the beginning. However, the attitude, demeanor, and choice of words Francisco used were rude, demeaning, and unnecessary. I asked him kindly and he could have simply said something along the lines of "I'm sorry to hear what happened. Unfortunately in this case, I won't be able to fulfill your request, but you are more than welcome to use the gift card another time." That's all! There was absolutely no reason for the attitude. Costco, please retrain Francisco on basic customer service. No paying membership customers appreciate spending money just to be spoken rudely to. I've had many great experiences here from other staff members so hopefully my next review will be a positive one. Most of all, I hope Francisco learns and changes for the better!

Econ World Trading is a supplies store where you can buy things to run your business. Might need to go to another warehouse for more options. It's a small warehouse. If you're only going to get a few items here, then this place is enough for you to get by. If you need more supplies than what they have now, I suggest going to Costco Business Center or Jetro Cash and Carry.

Went to United Wholesale Flowers (Milpitas) this morning and honestly very disappointed…read more I even paid $75 for the membership, expecting better quality and access, but the flowers I received were far from acceptable. After getting home and opening everything, several rose stems were already in poor condition -- dark/blackened stems, soft spots, and some were bending badly like they were going bad. What's worse is that within the same bundle, the quality was very inconsistent. Some stems looked fine, while others were clearly not sellable. For a wholesale flower shop -- especially one that requires a paid membership -- I expected much better quality control. This did not meet expectations at all. I've attached photos for reference so you can see the difference. Hoping the store can take responsibility and offer a refund or replacement. Otherwise, this really makes the membership feel not worth it.
