After our initial consultation to show the scope of work, he had us over to his shop to chose styling and materials. He knows his craft so we'll, explained everything he planned to do, showed drawings, and measurements and then gave us a very reasonable quote for such a big job. Our biggest railing needed a scroll at the bottom, which he came to our house to trace and sketch so that he could match our interior railing. His attention to detail is really impressive. I can't recommend George highly enough. He's an artist, kind, respectful and follows through.
