[[HIGHLIGHT]]Terrible customer service![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I got my nipple piercing here in October and needed to visit them for regular checkups and jewelry replacements every once in a while. [[HIGHLIGHT]]However, every single appointment since then has been canceled or rescheduled. One time, it even happened 30 minutes before the appointment via email![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I literally came to the closed door.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Every time, they gave me different excuses, such as they were unavailable during the flight (!), went on a conference, didn't have the exact jewelry, didn't receive my delivery, received the wrong delivery, couldn't find where to order, placed the order but two weeks later they were telling me they never did it and still needed to place it, etc.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The last time I waited over two months for my prepaid appointment that was already canceled, and even then, they were still giving me another excuse. If you respect yourself and value your time, stay away from this place. Because those people don't give a sh*t about it. read more

I have a rook piercing that's been bothering me a lot and I wanted them to change out the jewelry, so I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon to see if they could fit me in. The door was locked, and a girl came to unlock the door and speak with me. She basically dismissed my issue and pain because they were "fully booked" and was very unsympathetic to my discomfort. She told me to make a reservation for another day (they were completely available for pretty much everything any other day) which was fine, I honestly considered coming back and pulled up appointment times. I understand because of COVID issues, maybe they didn't want non-scheduled people to come in, but they could have just explained that if that were the case. Before I left, also asked if I could come in to look at the jewelry case, not even to purchase anything, and they didn't even allow me to come inside to make sure I could get what I wanted if I were to make an appointment. This is what really ticked me off. Y'all are losing easy ass money by being rude to prospective customers lol. I'll def be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Tattoo was an artistic impression of some pics I gave her. When it was fresh I saw some areas that would need to be touched up. But I was pleased with the general direction and idea of the tattoo. Fast forward 2 weeks, it's almost entirely faded. I asked if I could come in for a touch-up. They asked me to send a picture to make sure it qualified. Fair enough, they haven't seen it. I'm thinking to myself "once they see it it'll be clear that a touch-up is definitely necessary". The response i got was, it looks good. There are few spots she can improve on. But overall it looks good. This was nonsense. The entire tattoo faded. It was essentially gone. She said she'd get back to me for a date to come in. I waited a week patiently. Checked back in and asked if there was any news. They responded no, Alina is very busy, we will let you know. 3 months passed, at the beginning of the 4th month they text me, they don't even call. Ok fine. But by that time I'd reached out to another artist and paid them to fix my wife's face. It was embarrassing walking around with this faded, ugly rendition of my wife on my arm. And because it's a tattoo of my wife, everyone wanted to see it when they saw me. I told them I didn't want Alina to do the face, to nevermind that part. I asked if she'd fix the rest of it, however, as the rest of the tattoo was still in terrible shape. The response was that my feedback was shocking and my expectations were unrealistic. They stated the tattoo was beautiful, a touch up session was a courtesy, and they can't help if my body doesn't heal well after tattooing. Well...I have a lot of tattoos. Some are 20 years old. Some I got last year. NONE of them healed this way. I even have work in the same spot on the other arm. It did not heal that way. This was poor workmanship, not an issue healing. Let me start by saying this shop was...an amazing experience! The shop itself is definitely very clean and modern looking. The employees are very welcoming and friendly. My artist Alina, did an amazing job on my tattoo! I gave her my design idea and she brought it to life. Alina used all the best equipment/materials and I couldn't have had a better experience. I had to reschedule a tattoo appointment due to getting a positive covid test. When I told them I had covid and wouldn't be making it into the shop (over 24 hours before my appointment) as to not get them sick, they made me pay for it by raising the pricing per session by over 400 dollars... I told them that I felt it was unfair to do this to someone over something they have no control over. They didn't care... If there ever was a perfect nipple piercing it would be done by Olga. Not only did she make me totally comfortable, but she reassured me that if anything went wrong I could reach out to her. She started my piercings out with a longer bar which is really good for dealing with swelling and healing. She also throughly walked me through the piercing healing and cleaning process, which made me feel confident in my piercing. And one day before, they call me to reschedule because this time is busy !!
