I drive by this place often, but grateful to finally try it out. Ordered Cuban and Classico burritos with steak. Received a restaurant pager. Order was ready within a few minutes. There was a steady line while I was there. Small dining area in front and side of building. Parking can be tricky but don't let that deter you. Burritos were generous and delicious. Orders came with side of chips. Will be back to try other menu items.

Oak park- don't be sleeping. This small Cuban and Mexican fusion is the right choice for lunch. Burritos are big enough to split with your UCD coworker. Or have a beer or mimosa after shirt. Can't wait to try the Havana Cuban.

We had this at the farmer's market in Midtown Sacramento and it sounded the most appealing. We ordered a bacon breakfast burrito to split and it was delicious. There were two sauces supplied but they were just icing on the cake. All the flavors and textures made it a wonderful breakfast. The staff was polite and the food was ready fast. We love a good food truck and the vibes that accompany it. They have come a long way and I highly recommend this one!

Been a big fan of Gondo Fusion ever since I tried their burritos at the Midtown Farmers Market ~3 years ago and was so excited to check out their new location! My go to is the classic burrito with pork. Very unique flavors with their signature aioli sauce. I've had the Sactown Bowl and the Cuban Burrito before and all very tasty.

My FAVORITE FOOD IN ALL OF SACRAMENTO. Gondo fusion's flavors are spot on. You can tell they take great care in their food. Anytime I see their food truck I have tunnel vision and cannot see any other food trucks bc this one is it. There is no comparison. Their classic burrito is the best burrito I've ever eaten in my life. The pork is incredibly tender and flavorful. The plantains are heavenly and a must have. The salsa is perfect. The rice and beans are delicious! And their creamy hot sauce I would bathe in if I could. I'm still waiting for her to sell it by the bottle (please! ). I've also tried their Cuban sandwich, Chilaquiles, breakfast burrito, tacos-- literally everything is mouthwatering. Not to mention the owners are so incredibly friendly and warm and welcoming. I don't just come for the food--it's the whole experience. You cannot go wrong here. Gondo fusion is a must try! Don't walk. Run.

Cuban burrito and ICED HORCHATA & CAFESITO. AMAZING!

Hidden gem, come and you will not regret it. Unassuming corner restaurant with amazing food! I am visiting the area and wanted to check out latin food. This was a great find, the cuban burrito with an horchata coffee were the incredible. Exceed expectations, highly recommend.

Life changing. The kind of flavor that could make an atheist thank God for their meal. I must have walked by this funky orange shack on Stockton Blvd a hundred times before. Over the years, I've noticed that it's a very popular lunch spot for the staff at the nearby med centers. That, and the aroma piqued my interest. Plus, I've never tried Cuban food before. A few days ago, since it happened to be the closest place to me on my 'to try' collection on Yelp, I stopped by for lunch. It was hard to pick my order, because so many things on the menu sounded so good. The woman in front of me, who was clearly a favorite regular customer, ordered a classic burrito with pulled pork, and I copied her. I was a little surprised that the salsa and the aioli were served on the side with the homemade chips, but this gave me the chance to sample them both individually. Both bomb, but I especially loved the salsa, and wished I had ordered extra. Everything was so fresh, and so high quality, but the pulled pork really stole the show. Oh my gosh. I think this was maybe the best pulled pork I've ever had in my life. The prices were about average, and the serving size was generous enough for me. I wasn't able to finish it all in one sitting. One of the best burritos I've had in ages. I would definitely want to eat here again and try more of their menu items. Next time I think I would try the burrito with plantains in it.

This is my second time visiting the Gondo Fusion food truck, and let me tell you, this visit was even better than the first. If you've seen my first review, you know I really enjoyed it. The Cuban sandwich is amazing--hands down, the best in Sac. Also, the dairy-free horchata is an absolute must. I asked to add fries to my order but found out they're only available at their store location. I didn't know they had a store! Now that I do, I'll definitely be visiting more often, instead of waiting for them to return to Garcia Bend Park. Until next time!

SacTown Bowl with Pulled Pork twice
    Paula S.

I ordered the SacTown Bowl with Pulled Pork twice! The first time I had the regular bowl and it didn't disappoint! The second time I had it cuban-style with delicious plantains and I was really happy with it. Shout-out to this hidden item called Fusion Float! I tried it out the first time and really liked it that I had to order it a second time right then and there. Everyone has to try the SacTown Bowl and the Fusion Float!! I love how friendly the staff is and the outdoor seating really invites for coworker lunches on a nice breezy summer day.

Got to try this place out via Door Dash. I am really a sucker for fish tacos so that's what I ordered. I will say that they were very generous with their fish portion. It was a good size and it wasn't overly battered. The plate also came with a heaping side of fries which were the perfect pairing with the tacos. The aioli sauce was also good. The strawberry horchata was so refreshing and flavorful. I would come back again but would like to go in person to enjoy everything fresh and hot.

The horchata coffee drink was exactly was I was looking for when I saw this food truck. The food was great too! Fast service.

I ordered the sactown bowl with Cuban pulled pork, chips and salsa, and a lavender cream soda on doordash. This is my second time ordering here (the first time I got the Cuban bowl with mango/plantains) and wow I am impressed. The portion size of the bowls are HUGE! I've already eaten so much and I'm getting full. The flavor is all there- little bit of spice but just the right amount. Chips and salsa are gone so I can't provide the pics! I wish it came with a little bit more pico but I used the chips to scoop up my beans and rice (A+) Lavender cream soda is super refreshing on a hot day like today. They also offer shop rewards on doordash and right now have a few other sales going on. I'd recommend checking it out! It was a great meal with a good heap of left overs.

Hubby and I discovered their food truck while perusing Saturday's Midtown Farmer's market. This was the first time we've seen so many horchata flavors, Cinnamon, Strawberry(their most popular)and Organic Matcha! Not to mention dairy-free, so we knew we had to try them! I ordered a Cinnamon Horchata. It's Extremely sweet and delicious! I would recommend this award winning, Cuban-Mexican fusion small business that opened in 2011. The staff are very sweet and helpful and they're woman owned! At their ghost kitchen location you can place to-go orders, just no dining in. We'll be back to explore more of their menu! *Song Credit: Don't Stop Turn It Up by Glow Stick

Yup, I went with the "crab mac & cheese grilled cheese" that's served with their homemade sea salt vinegar chips ($15). Crab mac & cheese alone is a wonderful idea, but to put it inside a perfect grilled cheese sandwich? Genius! The whole thing was a flavor bomb that exploded in my mouth! A creamy, cheesy, and rich filling inside buttery, crunchy sourdough bread. Are those angels I hear singing in the background? My food came up super fast, which was appreciated amongst the masses of a crowded beer festival. The only thing was that they weren't serving any beverages. Not sure if they ran out or if they were only doing food that day. Luckily there was plenty of beer around to wash down that crab mac & cheese grilled cheese. Yup. Definitely heard angels singing!
