The front staff is obnoxiously loud, extremely unprofessional, and more focused on socializing rather than giving accurate information/wait times for currently waiting patients. If you choose to continue coming here, I highly recommend in bringing earplugs, because you'll end up with a total migraine from the shrilling raucous. The phlebotomist is super lazy and inefficient, and, I kid you not, I have waited over 2+ hours to just get blood drawn. The last straw was when I was told there was no queue when I directly asked one of the receptionists what the estimated time of a wait was; I waited 20 minutes with no updates, and, when I finally went up to ask what the ETA was for the phlebotomist, the receptionist had the nerve to tell me that he wasn't seeing anyone currently, and it would be another 30+ minute wait. The communication here is wack. Even when my parents are away, and have an issue, he calls back immediately and calls in a prescription when necessary. Until the last week, I hadn't gone to NVFP in years. However, when I called to book an appointment, the office manager, Jane, got me in asap (within 24 hrs). Once I arrived, Dr. Gardner saw me within 5 minutes and spent about 40 minutes with me. Asking questions, answering mine, and offering his thoughts etc. Dr. Gardner provided me with his complete attention and care and gave me piece of mind. I had to get some blood drawn and the lab is right there in the office which is really convenient. No wait at all. Quick, easy, painless, and the ladies in the lab were kind and professional. I was able to email Jane and Dr. Gardner directly, to send them some previous test results, and my emails were returned within 20 min. Each time my questions were answered fully. Another added bonus- parking! The garage had plenty of spaces and was directly under the building. I will be joining their Boutique Family Practice for sure! Such a wonderful experience.

They kept sending the bill even after I paid it - which is when I noticed this was for something over a year old. I changed insurance a few months ago so being able to appeal or review with my old insurance isn't practical. I tried to call the office to talk about how this wasn't a great way to treat patients, and both people didn't seem to care or empathize. Send timely bills, don't go after people because you bought some AI software that showed you can go maximize passing costs off to your patients. I hope everyone had fun wasting more than $31 in labor costs on this to lose a patient over 16 years. That's the difference between an office that cares about patients and people who are just trying to squeeze everything out of you. I would not trust them for accurate billing, which means I don't recommend them as an office.
