I personally talked to the owner on the first call. Since then, there has been no communication from them and my calls and texts have gone unanswered. I even sent pictures and no response. The job cost us $2,700 and the work and pump warranty is still active. We believe he is avoiding us and we are going to file a complaint with the BBB. In the meantime, we are without a pump to water our yard. I would not do business with this company again!

BEWARE. FRAUDULENT, UNETHICAL COMPANY. Plumbing Alabama was contracted to conduct repairs on a…read morerental property for me. The job was to replace a broken faucet. My tenants purchased the faucet and they were only asked to install the fixture. They were secured through my home warranty service. The home warranty company approved the repairs with a claim limit of $250. Instead of following up with the home warranty company to get the work approved, they charged my tenant $60 to initiate the work. My tenant reported they had to leave and get a part and at the conclusion of the work charge them a total of $538. They didn't provide an invoice or receipt for the work. In addition they secured $250 from my home warranty by submitting the work after it was completed. They claimed the job cost nearly $800 to install a faucet. Over the period of four weeks. I've called and made two requests to have the invoice sent to me so I could see the details of the parts & labor. A man (presumably the owner) answers via cell phone and says he will have the invoice sent. I've also had my home warranty company call and request the invoice twice. And of course he lied and said that the invoice would be sent the same day and I still haven't received it. It's likely they submitted fraudulent information to my home warranty company stating that they worked a total of three hours in labor when it was less than two hours . It became apparent to me very early that this company has engaging in fraudulent and unethical behavior. Avoid at all cost. A complaint has been filed with the Better Business Bureau.
