I am not sure how long they have the Harry Potter promo but I love it. For 9.99 you get the plush and the theme drink. You cannot get this at the kiosk but have to ask the cashier. She was really nice as I was indecisive and showed me all four lol.

The drink I got was okay I'm still not sure how I feel about it. They do have a wide selection of other drinks I'd like to try though. Service was fast and easy through the kiosk, and there's a big seating area that's great for large groups.

Large seating areas with huge counter space. Bright and big interior. Perfect for reading a newspaper. Buy one get one half off at 6pm. The ambiance is a highlight here. It isn't as comfortable or cozy as a Starbucks but it is a pleasant place to be in. Very clean and big windows and good lighting. Countertops are the biggest I've ever seen. Usually if you sit at the window its a small one foot counter or table - here it is 3x that width. Perfect for reading a newspaper or spreading out a lot of paperwork. Convenient as there is an old school news stand nearby. Buy one get one half off at 6pm. I like the concept. It is moving inventory before they close instead of probably dumping it down the sink. I'd like to see bakeries do this too at the end of the day. If I buy a donut that is 12 hours old at 6pm half off would make sense - its no longer fresh and it probably keeps it out of the trash. Park Street has metered parking and there is a garage. Not the best situation but if you park your car and visit a few different points of interest its a pleasant experience.

I'm very mixed about this place, but I think it's closer to "may come back" vs not. I'd say the biggest draw is sanitation & food (aka waffles). Let's start with pros: - Large seating area - Good number of outlets available - Fast free wifi - Great happy hour deal (6-8pm everyday) BOGO drinks This place has all the qualities of "Good for Working" except the music is pretty loud so maybe bring noise cancelling ones or jive with the music (got lucky last time, the playlist was just like mine). Okay, cons: - my experience with mochi waffles I was about the 2nd person out of a long line as soon as happy hour began at 6pm. I heard all the hot foods coming out but my mochi waffles were never called. So after 15 mins of waiting, I went up to the counter. Took them a minute to tell me that they will call my name when it's ready. When I added it's been 15 minutes, they said we'll check on it. It comes out soon after - I receive two modest size waffles that clearly looks undercooked and burnt bits sprinkled all over. I assume it was sitting in the machine for a while cause it was also not warm. - gloves or no gloves? This might be cause I just learned about food safety and became a bit of a germophobe after taking a microbiology class, but I think using one's phone in between work WITHOUT changing gloves pretty much defeats the purpose of wearing one? I guess it protects ones hands but not the food or drink. I think the items I am consuming I didn't have too much of a gross factor (drinks, for instance, the touched part is usually just the cup), but just to note.

I got the taro tea which was good but the boba was a bit warm and I guess I got low ice (I got whatever the cashier recommended) so together it made it so the drink was kind of lukewarm. I enjoyed the drink and experience but I'm not sure if I'd come back, at least for the full price of ~$6.50 for the small. Maybe I'd return for the BoGo. The ambiance is fine, very clean but a bit empty and sterile. Not a negative experience by any means (I enjoyed my drink), but I'm not sure if I'd return.

The staff is always so polite and quick. It gets pretty full and loud in the evenings so I don't consider it an ideal work/studying place, but it's always good for a quick drink & bite. They do however have plenty of outlets available to connect your charger to. Can't say much about the food cause i've only tried the fries, but the fries are always fresh and crispy and well seasoned! My fave spot for brown sugar boba!

Big fan of gong cha. Lots of great options and they have great bogo deals! I usually get the panda milk tea (regular milk tea w/ agar and black sugar boba). There's a bunch of other boba spots nearby as well like Happy Lemon and iTea!

A regular spot for boba in Alameda. Staff is friendly and efficient. Drinks are also consistently good and of high quality tea. I've tried a number of drinks and all are great Tip: BOGO from 6 pm - 8 pm is the best deal so bring a friend or date!!

Overview: nostalgic, my favorite boba place that offers mini boba!, delicious and fresh food…read more/snacks too ---- I used to come here all the time back in high school when it was located across the street in front of the bus stop next to the martial art place. I'm so glad that they are still open and running. They have happy hour from 6-8pm with discounted drinks and food which is great for the high schoolers in the area and to just hang out there too! I LOVE mini boba, so much more than the regular sized boba balls and T4 is one of the only places I know that still have the option to add it. I got my favorite Wintermelon Milk Tea for $6.35 ($5.75 for reg size + $0.60 for mini boba topping) and it was just like I remembered it. Sweet, creamy, chewy, and refreshing. I also got the Popcorn Chicken $7.75 which they offer sauces like ranch and sweet chili (there are more options but I forgot). It came out piping hot and the chicken was still tender and juicy, also had crispy basil on top. The girls working were so sweet too! You can either order directly from them or through their small kiosk iPad on their counter. There's plenty of seating but parking is always an issue. We had just come from playing at SubPar Mini Golf so we left our car over there and just walked a few minutes. ---- Overall: a classic boba institution that I'm so happy still operates, fresh food and drinks that tastes the same as I've had them years ago! I can't wait to be back when I'm visiting Alameda again!

Not many places are welcoming to children so I love that this place offers that. S E R V I C E There are a couple ordering screen stations near the entrance so you can take your time browsing the menu to order. The drinks and snacks were served quickly too. The staff do not greet you when you enter though. I made eye contact with them and smiled while they were all laughing about something on the floor behind the counter and they didn't smile back which killed the vibe. D R I N K S I got a pistacho jasmine milk tea. The pistachio foam was soooo good but the jasmine milk tea tasted way too artificial. Thankfully mixing in the pistachio foam low key saved the drink but I just couldn't finish it. My coworker comes here often so he likes it, maybe he has low expectations or maybe I'm too picky. I like real jasmine milk tea, not the powdered flavoring. For the pricing of $7 I would expect the real thing... S N A C K S My coworker ordered the malasadas, one of each flavor available (sesame seed, Ube, and I don't remember the 3rd flavor). I tried the mystery 3rd flavor and was unimpressed. It was too chewy and way too sweet custard center. I ended up giving it away to another coworker unbeknownst to the coworker I went with so as not to offend.

I was there on a warm Sunday, just to try their acai bowls. There's four acai bowls on the menu board, so I asked the gentleman behind the counter....."which is the best acai bowl?" With confidence, he said...."the Oasis Bowl." He likes the Oasis Bowl because it features seasonal fruit. That means the recipe and taste experience can change with the seasons. When I was there, the seasonal fruit was pineapple. This place makes a good acai bowl. For $13.00, it's not overflowing with fruit toppings. Instead, it's packed with fresh fruit, crispy granola, chia seeds, honey and coconut flakes on top of a acai base. It's definitely a meal, not a fruit bowl snack. The interior is very clean.
