Came here a couple times in the past few weeks while we were eating lunch in the surrounding area, and I was not disappointed! I feel like this location has gone through many businesses so I hope this one lasts! My order: large iced jasmine milk tea for $6.50, 50% sweet Pros: - easy walk-up to the kiosk or at the register - parking lot available behind the shop (which for certain hours you do have to pay) - Pretty quick service, less than 5 minute wait - Pretty broad menu with some more unique drinks that some boba shops don't have, if you come with friends who don't like tea. also has matcha - jasmine milk tea was pretty bomb - The kitty cup sleeves are so cute ! and keep your fingers from getting wet from condensation Cons: - LOL there's an uneven floor surface that I somehow trip over every time, even though it's caution yellowed already (don't be a clutz like me) - not really a place you can "sit and hang out" in the boba shop perspective - only 2 small benches inside that you can wait for your drink at, but you're better off sitting on the benches outside in the surrounding area or taking a walk with it

Kittea Cafe opened recently where Tea O' Clock once was. No seating inside. Seating available on benches in walkway next to parking lot. Sparse decor. Vanilla white walls. Order at counter or on kiosk to left of counter. Single barista handled order taking, creation of drinks & serving same. One person ahead of me. Got my drinks in 5ish minutes. Offerings: Specialty tea drinks, milk teas, fruit teas, slushes, coffee, toppings. BOGO effective early Nov. Sips: Matcha Latte (10) -had a mix of "ceremonial matcha" & whole milk -didn't taste any matcha flava. Would skip next time. Large Kittea House Milk Tea (6.50) no charge -had nice chewy bobas. Milk Tea very sweet. could faintly taste tea. -worthwhile to order again. 3.5 stars semi-worthy: YMMV. Quality: hit or miss. Inconsistent. Matcha a miss. Quantity: reasonable

Dropped by for the first time a couple weeks ago during their soft opening and the girl behind the counter was super nice and welcoming. No one else was inside, so I ordered a banana latte and she started making it right away. The menu here isn't large but they have some unique drinks I don't often see at other boba shops. I also love the cat theme in their branding, which even extends to the cute boba cat neon sign in the window that they added on my second visit the following week. The prices are pretty reasonable too, with almost every drink ranging from $5.25 or $5.75 for a small to $6.00 for a large. The most expensive drink is the banana latte at $7.50 (just my luck, but it's worth it). I ordered the same drink both visits and was happy to see that the quality and taste were consistent. It was just as delicious the second time as it was the first and wasn't at all overly sweet. Just the right hint of banana added to smooth coffee with a rich, deep flavor. I definitely plan on finally trying one of the other drinks, I just have to pry myself away from the banana latte (if there's a banana drink or dessert on a menu, I'm buying it). It helps that this place is so close to my house and the girl behind the counter is always so pleasant to everyone who comes in. Really hoping these guys can make it (this spot seems to be cursed) and that they do well long term.

Cute little spot in the heart of Downtown San Leandro! There are no tables inside but there's a small bench against the wall for your convenience while you wait for your order. There's also a walk-up touch screen if you prefer to order that way instead of at the counter. Prices are reasonable, drinks are solid, & the ambiance is cozy. As of this review's written date (Jan 2026), they offer 20% off the total price if you show your student ID! What I tried + recommend (see uploaded photo for reference): - melon cream soda - soda cloud slush (very light in flavor, subtle sweetness) - strawberry yogurt

Favorite spot in East Bay for a sweet treat! Loved the mango smoothie. The waffles were freshly-made and amazing. Service was fast and the owner was super nice.

How cute! 25% sweet, no boba, milk tea.

Passed by this cute new store. I ordered their Black sugar latte which is pretty good and not too sweet. I also got their mystery box with some cute snacks! They offer 20% discount on students so make sure bring your student ID. Great deal!

Smells good. Seating is good. Great service. Tea flavor and sweetness very good. Boba has ok texture. Gift box is awesome. Waffle is very yummy. No ice level choice. No sweetness choice for fruit tea. 5*

    Soda Cloud Slush

Cute little boba shop in downtown San Leandro! I went during their soft opening and was able to take advantage of their Buy 1, Get 1 deal. The staff was really friendly and welcoming, and the store itself was really clean. They had a kiosk you can order from, or you can also order from the staff at the register. My favorite of the drinks I got was the Pink Punch, which included watermelon balls that I could eat while drinking, and it was overall really refreshing! I also got the Soda Cloud Slush which tasted like candy, and the Matcha Latte also tasted great! I noticed they used a really good quality matcha powder, no "fishy" tasting matcha here! I also ordered the Bingsoo Slush and Brown Sugar Milk Tea for my family, which they also really liked. Highly recommend to anyone in the area!

It gives off such a welcoming, community-centered vibe -- like they genuinely want people to come in, enjoy good food and drinks, hang out, relax, and just have a good time. I was indecisive while ordering because there's just too many goodies to choose from and IK that can be annoying, but we had great service because the guy that took our order was patient and seen that my struggles was most definitely real . We ordered mozzarella sticks, popcorn chicken, curly fries, and two large Thai teas -- one with green apple jelly topping, which paired sooo well to me hehe. We don't eat out much because we cook at home nowadays, so when we do, we wanna enjoy the classics lol. It's actually really cool seeing how the place has evolved over the years. The very first time we came, the back area looked like this cute little library/study hall/tutoring/game/hangout room. Then a couple years into the COVID days, it turned into a unique snack and gift shop vibe. Now it's this awesome mini arcade/lounge setup with comfy seating, sports on TV, and really great food (savory & sweets) and drinks. And the food is SOLID. Even on my last mozzarella stick, I still had a cheese pull -- and it had already been at least like 20-30 minutes. That says a lot on the quality. What also makes this place stand out is the little acts of kindness. Part of their service is while we were already getting busy, grubbing, they randomly offered us a complimentary yummy, soft, and fluffy eggette on a stick with their condensed milk sauce, which gave me that feeling like how a love one would just randomly give something very sweet just because. I don't go out much anymore, but if I'm craving for some outside sweets and treats oh and almost forgot to mention how pretty affordable for the quality and portions we got for our meal, I'm def bringing my nieces n nephews here when they visit! I love the different chairs, décor, games, ambiance, food, and drinks! They keep everything so clean, neat, and organized at the station from where you sanitize your hands, grab your napkins, straws and condiments-- it genuinely feels like there's something here for everyone. You HAVE to find at least one thing you'll enjoy here!

They do have a couple of long tables to accommodate a party of 10. The restaurant has some nice large windows to let in the natural lighting. One coded lock unisex restroom. Beef Tripe Salad - thin cuts of marinated tripe that was spicy, flavorful, though a bit salty ~maybe just this batch today. I usually love this appetizer in general. Sticky Chicken Wing - hot, juicy, fried wings in a soy, chili, and sticky sweet sauce. This had a nice flavor to it but, I wouldn't say it was in the same class as San Tung's. It is worth trying. Red Bean Pudding Milk Tea - lots of red bean and decent tea flavor. I'd come back to try their Noodle dishes, etc. Support your local business.
