They actually add coconut flakes on top. It's nice to have different texture but I can live without it. Or maybe they added it in place of coconut jelly to be another layer?? Having the whole coconut itself makes it feel worth to get the triple layer. However, the coconut meat isn't necessarily the most tender or sweet. They give a plastic spoon and that's barely strong enough to scrape out the flesh. I guess that's why it's better to take it home - to use a metal spoon. My conclusion is that I'd rather get the single or double layer next time.
