Visiting OK for a week and I had to get my dose of boba milk teas, so I started with the top of my list where they have Wintermelon tea. I got a Wintermelon Tea with no ice and 30% sugar with white pearl boba also known as crystal or Konjac boba and it's a clear boba ball. Since Wintermelon teas are already sweet I feel I could have done with no sugar option. People who enjoy a good milk teas can also try the basic Jasmine Green Milk Tea which is my go to green milk tea that helps refresh and relax. Belong got my order made quickly. Also the place has plenty of seating but could use more lighting. read more

This is a great bubble tea shop! I'm a big fan of the Gongcha in Houston. On my visit to OKC, we were craving some boba before lunch. We decided to stop by Gongcha for our favorites, milk foam green tea with coconut jelly, and milk tea with tapioca. The shop was spacious and with insta-worthy decor. We were the only patrons when we arrived, and were quickly helped by kind employees. Our tea was as delicious as we expected! We especially love the milk foam green tea for its sweetness of the coconut jelly that is offset by the slightly salty milk foam. All in all, a great boba experience! read more

I had a dirty brown sugar milk tea, and it satisfied my sweet tooth wonderfully. My only complaint is the tapioca pearls were very chewy. I had a sore jaw afterwards. Owner and staff here are so super friendly that I upped it to 5 stars. The seating area was clean and for the most part comfortable on our visit. Our group was torn on the feel of the dining room with the dark walls, industrial ceiling and neon lighting..I thought it felt kinda cold. And why all of the Valentine's Day decor still up in July? I do wish they would add more snack items. But their drinks are super flavorful, so I'm happy. read more

Many will disagree with this review but this is the most accurate review. If you don't like it, don't read. All reviews thus far have been praising Gongcha, stating that it is the best boba tea place in town and calling it their favorite. The truth is Gongcha is just like Sharetea, Feng Cha, and Teapioca Lounge. Their boba tea drinks taste exactly like the other places. It is currently riding the "hype train" because it is NEW. We are talking about boba tea drinks here which is not very technical to make. We are not talking about steak which depends on how it's cooked, what seasoning is being used, and what how it's served. For boba tea, you mix powder, stir it up, and put tapioca pearls or other floaters and sinkers in it. It's very difficult to mess it up. Literally, the ingredients are all there. Those who disagree are just in denial. One thing I want to make clear here is by giving it 4 stars, that's a good rating. I am not bashing the place. I am just saying that the drinks taste the same as other places mentioned above. read more

The store was great. There is a/c in the store, and the decoration is cool. However, the drink I ordered was wrong. I ordered Oolong Tea Milk Foam with 50% sweetness. The one they gave me I think is Oolong Milk Tea and it is super super super sweet!!!! The employee at 5:45 p.m. was using the phone when we came in. Yet, she was nice since she told me that my order was ready. I saw it but didn't pick it up because it looked wrong. I didn't tell them my order was wrong because I felt that it did not work or something. Please don't judge my introverted personality. I love boba yes I do. After being disappointed with two different boba places in OKC I found Gongcha! I almost cried after the first taste because it was so delicious. Staff was very friendly. From my perspective, Gongcha is pretty comparable to ShareTea, but way better in quality than Teapioca Lounge. Be prepared to pay $6-8 per drink, or even more if you want lots of add-ins, but it's definitely good boba. Gongcha does have a smaller menu than other places though, so if you're the type to have a go-to order, I would recommend checking that that's something they serve. My family ordered the lychee slushy with star jelly, wintermelon milk tea with white boba, and the mango yogurt drink with regular boba. If you're looking for something fruity and refreshing, the lychee slushy and mango yogurt drinks were really good! The wintermelon drink has more of a mild, almost caramely, herbal flavor. The white boba has the texture of a big piece of aloe vera jelly or nata de coco. I definitely prefer the regular boba, as the white boba didn't have a lot of flavor and I didn't love the consistency. The star jelly is a little firmer than regular boba, and it was pretty good! The girl at the cashier was really helpful, as my husband asked a lot of different questions as they were out of his go-to drink. Tips -- ask for less ice, so you get more out of your drink. Also ask for less sugar, because all our drinks were pretty sweet. read more

Glad that they actually opened up a location of this popular milk tea chain in OKC. They specialize strictly in tea and have many selections, my only complaint is that unlike some of the other major chains out there (e.g., Lollicup) and apparently/unfortunately like most of the other bubble tea joints in OKC and OK they don't offer snacks like popcorn chicken or Taiwanese dishes as sides. However, what they lack in food offerings they make up in tea quality. Some of the better tasting varieties and coco croons exist here, and they do not disappoint. I got the taro milk tea but their other brown sugar varieties are pretty good. Plus points for being able to customize your ice and sugar quality more controllably compared to other similar establishments. Definitely pay this location a visit! read more

Gongcha is actually one of my least favorite boba chains back in ATL, but I wanted to get some boba before I left back home and it was either this or Sharetea and I am not the biggest fan of Sharetea. The reason behind Gongcha not being my favorite is probably due to the abundance of boba shops back in ATL - but I was REALLY surprised and pleased at how good Gongcha was here at OKC. I ordered a plain pearl milk tea, at 70% sugar and regular ice. Our order came out in minutes and I took a sip. The flavor of the tea was extremely savory and it was exactly how I wanted it to taste. Boba was chewy and subtly sweet and it was the perfect last sweet treat before heading back home. One thing I do want to say, however, were that the tables were a little dirty, but it doesn't have an impact to the point where I would dock a star off. So nice to see OKC becoming more and more culturally diverse! read more

Refreshing and fun! The slate gray walls with modern lighting and decor makes me feel like I'm at the cool boba store, where people gather to catch up and show off their newest 'fit. Pick your drink and you can customize the ice and sugar levels to your liking. I recommend adding the milk foam for a slightly salty and creamy taste to your drink. Wow. I have to say, this is the BEST and my most favorite Gongcha. Consistency is the main thing here. I have tried several drinks and they all have been superb. The inside has been redone (it was previously KFT) and the transformation is so sleek and modern. The staff is super fast and friendly. Drinks and toppings are delish and of top quality. I can't say which has been my favorite go to, since they all have been really good. One thing that surprises me tho, is that I never finish my boba, I either keep it for the next day or share it w my hubby. But with Gongcha's drinks, I find myself drinking it down to the last sip! So glad OKC now had a Gongcha and I hope they stay forever. read more

I'm really spoiled, I've got this great boba spot in Newnan, GA, And nobody quite compares. My fave does all their smoothies with real fruit in the summer and the tapioca is perfect! So other places usually don't measure up and this one didn't. I mentioned smoothie, she suggested slushy but it just wasn't that good...icy not creamy. The boba was ok. Hubs ordered the bursting bubbles, also ok. Prices on the high side and they didn't have the smaller size so "had" to get the large. read more

Everytime i visit OKC this place is a must. The first time i visit this place was in April and now again today in October. This place is a must. The best boba in town. They have everything on the menu now compare to back in April. They even have egg waffles. The drinks ate always on point and never a disappointment. Staffs are super friendly too. Customer service is horrible. Placed an order online, the girl working was clearly in the back on her phone, she didn't make the order claiming people don't pick up the order (even though you're required to pay online prior to pickup). She had a horrible attitude and literally tossed the bag at me for me to bag myself. I'm baffled to say the least and it's not like I have high expectations of customer service in these places lmao read more

Really cool inside visually and temperature lol. It was 100 degrees outside so I appreciated it. The place smells like exotic teas and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. We got a Thai tea and a Matcha tea with boba both were amazing! There are a lot of places to get boba in okc but I recommend this one out of them all! read more

The chocolate cake was very rich and was probably one of the best chocolate cakes I've had, and I'm not a big chocolate cake person. I still definitely preferred the coconut creme pie, which I would order again next time! Our service was fantastic for the evening, and when Trey tells you to order something, trust him and do it!

Their burgers are delicious, so its extremely hard for me to come here and order something other than that, but I have still been impressed when I have ordered other types of entrees. Lastly, you have to try their whiskey cake at LEAST once. I'm weird about my desserts and only eat one type of cake, one type of pie, one type of ice cream, etc... well, I have make an exception for cake. They were loaded with garlic, which I love, but if you're not a garlic fan, I would suggest another side. I ordered the grilled chicked sandwich with waffle fries. The sandwich was good and the waffle fries were excellent. The portions are large and the food quality excellent. The prices reasonable. The menu has variety.
