    Kale salad
    Jim C.

Interesting building inside. Service was great. Food was good, not great - kale salad had a lot of kale, not enough of other stuff, the Southern salad I think was better, but the short rib in that, though tasty, was drier and tougher than I like. Wings were good but a little dry inside, not as good as Rivière Banh Mi's wings.

I got the Press Cobb as a wrap and it's so cool they have this as an option! You can turn any salad into a wrap! It literally was so good I'm still thinking about it. The French fries were amazing as well as the deviled eggs!! Will definitely come back for this exact meal.

The press is one of my favorite places to eat in the plaza. They serve brunch all day and have a great menu. The chicken sandwich is a large portion and is one of my favorites, along with the buffalo mac!

Very imPRESSed!!!!! to say the least. This is like my backyard over here grew up as a kid right down the street and to see how things have changed and to watch this Plaza grow is really inspiring. Now onto the food I've eaten here several times, but this is by far the best thing that I've had the black and catfish was so good! Our awesome bartender gave me the great suggestion because you know I love Cajun food lol the service was really amazing! And you know you can't go wrong with the vibe of this place for a breakfast brunch or dinner! Love coming here

    House Tots

The food was so fresh and so delicious! We went at lunch. The kids split a pancake plate. I had the Green Chili Soup and Cobb Salad combo and it was all very fresh. My husband had the Breakfast Hash that he enjoyed. Try the house tots appetizer (we got the chili and queso version) because it was amazing! Neat atmosphere and big portion sizes too.

We had dinner at The Press in Oklahoma City around 8:30 p.m. and found it to be a real gem. The restaurant was quiet and tastefully decorated, with a couple of TVs by the bar that weren't at all distracting. Our server, Taylor, was outstanding--friendly, attentive, and full of great recommendations. On her suggestion, we both ordered the pot roast, and oh my goodness... it was incredible. Pure comfort food at its finest. We couldn't stop raving about it! Taylor also mentioned that their Cobb salad and quesadillas are phenomenal, and I have no doubt the rest of the menu has plenty of winners. She noted the place is often quite busy and lively earlier in the evening, which I was glad to hear because a spot this good deserves a long, successful run. Great service, wonderful atmosphere, and absolutely delicious food. The Press has my full endorsement.

The press is a comfort food staple in OKC! A gem in the plaza district with sweet vibes! While it's not your grandma's flavor, it's decent American comfort food with a modern vibe! Great place for family dinner or lunch with friends! The service is pretty good and the food is always ready in good timing!

This may be one of the best restaurants in town when accounting for multiple things like decent Southern options, flavor, consistency, price, and lastly, value (i.e., quality with respect to price). The Press Cobb may be one of the better salads (if not the best) in town. Filling, flavorful, and packed full of good ingredients; something to be especially appreciated in this shrinkflationary economy where every other restaurant bilks you by either cutting portions/ingredients while also simultaneously jacking prices up. Also, their fries are truly delightful. Honestly, I've never had a bad thing yet. Never change, the Press. My heart would probably break because you're like... one of three reliable (reliable in the sense that you can trust that you won't be disappointed) local restaurants at this point.

Impressed with their comfort food! The restaurant has a very cozy family atmosphere. We got there during a super busy time but were seated very quickly. I got the chicken sandwich and my bf got the steak and both of the meals were yummy!

We've eaten at the Press several times recently and it was delicious both times. Great service even though we were on the back patio furthest from the door. Everyone's drinks we good, and the food even better.

Fun little place to grab some food with your friends and family. As you wait in line to place your order you can look at the menu and drool over the baked goods by the cashier.. The menu has several options from light to hardy and everything in between. They even offer some seasonal favorites. You're sure to find something that you'll love!!

I love The Press but we went here for a group lunch and they were out of several things so I finally ordered the veggie burger and sweet potato tots. The tots are my favorite. The service was slow and our food was not hot or even warm. We also went for brunch last weekend and had the burrito(no tortilla) and tacos and it was not great.

Everything I've tried has been incredible: the breakfast burrito, quesadilla, nachos with white cheese and fresh pico de gallo, mushrooms, French fries... all so good. Tucked away in a golf-club setting but open to the public, this spot feels like the best of both worlds: casual-clubhouse atmosphere and a menu full of bold, delicious choices. From the moment you step in (or drive up to 11340 Surrey Hills Blvd), the vibe is welcoming: a laid-back place where you can grab a bite before or after a round, or just swing by because you're craving something good. Their menu offers everything from wings, crispy mushrooms, and fried pickles to smash burgers, hot dogs, wraps -- but what stands out is their smash-burger game. My favorite -- and what I boldly call the best burger in the area -- is the "BackNine SMB." Two thin, crispy-edged patties smashed on the grill, American cheese, sautéed onions, jalapeño, and house sauce on a toasted bun. The flavor balance hits hard: juicy, slightly crunchy edges, melty cheese, the right kick from jalapeño, and just enough sauce to tie it all together. Service here is another big plus. During my visits, staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient -- not the kind of place where you wait forever for your order. Other reviews on Yelp echo that sentiment, calling The BackNine Grill "some of the best burgers I have had" and praising the quick, solid service. If you're after a great burger, fast service, and a relaxed, clubhouse-meets-diner vibe -- The BackNine Grill should be high on your list. Whether you're coming off the golf course or just ordering for take-out, I promise: give the BackNine SMB a try. You might just agree it's the best burger in the area.

First of all they set up a tiny table for 3, there was no room on the table top to even lay your phone down, it was full of plates, teacups and saucers, teapots, cutlery etc. Overdone and pretentious. I grew up in Sydney Australia and have had high tea all my life, English high tea is not set up ridiculously like Nosh does. They also seated us right at the entrance of a baby shower party, where people walked past us in and out of the event room which also has clear glass partition, so we felt like we were being watched as well as constantly disrupted with traffic. The tea was the only good part. The food on the trays were dismal: sandwiches were dry, most likely prepared the day before. Egg salad sandwich was nothing more than a smear of mashed eggyolk, extremely salty, on dried up bread. I can't even remember the other bad sandwiches. The desserts were so sorry looking, they must've been at least 2-3 days old. The lemon tart was disgusting, a small dollop of lemon curd in a stale pastry cup; the "assorted cake dots" was 1 tiny bite of cake - literally size of a quarter. Macaron was store-bought. We did not get the scone with jam and cream that I pre-ordered. Nothing was really edible on the entire tray. This was THE SINGLE WORST dining experience I have ever had, embarrassing to say the least. The manager was walking around the restaurant in a weird jogging suit kinda outfit, very unprofessional. The servers were very polite but that really doesn't make up for the fact that they couldn't put together a proper tea. Don't waste your money. Oh, and bring cash, because they'll slap a 5% fee if you use card. This place is a huge embarrassment to Oklahoma, don't waster your time and money.
