Came here for their special mango dragonfruit tea that was being offered at cheaper price. We ordered our drinks at the counter and we ordered one drink, 50% sugar, less ice and one drink, normal sugar and less ice. After I paid, I realize she did not give us the second drink at the special price. The girl at the counter said she couldn't give me a refund right now without texting her boss first so we sat down and waited about 20 minutes for our drinks to be done and then she never said anything during our wait about the refund. When we got our drinks we had to go up and ask her what is happening with the refund. She proceeds to say I've been busy and haven't texted my boss yet. Well we've been waiting for over 20 minutes with no communication about the refund. I asked her what am I supposed to do then? She said that I would get a refund in my card. I asked her if she noted which transaction it was so they could use my card. She seemed confused and didn't know what to say. She said I'm sure it's in there. Well how are you supposed to know which transaction it was. I had to ask her if I could leave my name and phone number and she said oh yes that might be a good Idea. Uhhhh I this is not how refunds should work. Our drink order was wrong when we got it too. Both were 50% sweetness instead of just one. I didn't want to even me you it, since we had been sitting there for so long. I'm a little disappointed at Feng Cha Del City. I usually really like this place, but this left a bad taste in my mouth. The drink was alright, but not made correctly. We also did not get an order number, so we had to keep looking to see if they looked like our drinks or not. A lot of misses today. read more

There seems to be a lack of care from the employees. I have reached out multiple times regarding this issue and no response. While in the store, we had ordered on the kiosk. We received our drinks about 10-15 minutes later and they were great. I went to put in another order and the girl comes up to the counter and stares at me. I asked her if I could place an order. My family loves boba tea so we decided to try Feng Cha thanks to a recommendation from a guy that works at a nearby Korean restaurant. We all tried so many different drinks and desserts, and they were all delicious! Our favorite dessert was the Oreo Cheese, and the top favorite drinks that we tried were the Creme Brulee Dirty Boba, Matcha Breeze, and Mango Breeze. The staff is nice, and the interior looks very cute and clean. We had a wonderful time, and we will definitely try to come back before we leave OKC! read more
