I called on a Thursday to ask about children's size chair rentals and the lady who owns this place…read more(I know her by seeing her only) assured me that yes the chairs are available for Monday pick up. On Monday morning we sent a friend to go get the chairs and she arrived at 10:30 am and the business was closed. She proceeded to call the number listed and the owner said that the chairs are not available because they're behind some jumpers and she can't move them! My friend calls me and u am now panicking calling everywhere to see if I can rent from them but no one had them available. So I decide to text the number to Pakys which I figured was her own cell because every time we called she would answer with HELLO in an unprofessional way instead of saying the business name. So anyway I text her asking her why she would tell me the chairs are available days ago just to turn us away now, all of a sudden she starts blowing up my phone with calls and I didn't answer so she messages saying she made a mistake and to go back and get them. This time I go with my friend to pick up and when she is bringing the chairs out for us she is clearly pissed off and slamming the chairs at us! I held it in and so did my freí end and said nothing but omg she made my blood boil, acting like if she was doing us a favor when in fact we were paying for the rentals! Fast forward to the next day, we go back to return at 11:30am and she was leaving and was rude once again and told us to leave the chairs in front of her door and go. So we did! Left the chairs and photographed proof they had been returned. All in all I would not recommend this bitter business, I'm not sure why she acts like this and is bothered you are there to give her business but she clearly is very bothered when someone books with her. I one million percent would not recommend giving this angry rude lady your business! I don't care why she behaves like this but rude and angry don't go hand in hand with business!
