Had an appointment this morning for 9 am. I explained I was two blocks away and the majority of the time I come exactly at 9 the doors have not even open yet. She proceeded to have an attitude and slammed the phone down on me. I arrived at the doctor's office at 9:03 am. Tanisha asked if okay and I said no that the person who just called me was rude and not even an apology or acknowledgment of the situation was addressed. The receptionist proceeded to tell me she wasn't rude and then rolled her eyes. My family and I have been with this establishment for years even before Dr. FINELY decided to open the adult side. The receptionist on this side needs more training on phone etiquette and customer service. It is currently 9:18 and I still have not been called.

I paid for a crown, and They measured me for the crown but when the crown came in, it didn't fit because my teeth shifted. Obviously, i had braces. They wanted to charge a second time for a crown for braces i already had and teeth i didn't know would shift so much. I never got that crown here because i refused to pay $1500 for 1 crown. Overall my experience with Monte hasn't been the best, but I know that the ICU is pretty good. Maybe I'm biased, but I hear the nurses their take their job seriously. Upon my second visit, I had to request eye protection when work was about to commence, so I had to wait while it was found. The dentist now said oh! you need three fillings done. Upon completion my mouth was numb. That afternoon when the feeling in my mouth returned, I tried to chew on that side, and it was painful. The next day I called to return and get it looked at. I was told they were closed on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. I called on another day to come in on the same day as my wife's scheduled appointment ( as I'm having a hard time getting around on crutches) and they tell me I can only be seen by same dentist who did the initial ( lousy) work, and he isn't there on that day. I am writing this review being a review was requested upon my initial visit.
