After an unpleasant experience at a dental office fairly close to home, I hadn't been to the dentist for 3 years. My office visit with RCD was superb! The receptionist was very friendly and professional. So, too, was the rest of the office...the atmosphere exuded professionalism. I felt welcomed and comfortable. The cleaning was excellent! The consultation with Dr. Kahane was informative, casual, and pleasant. His recommendations for a crown (which I know I need) and a bit of tooth repair was no surprise, but his explanation on how Invisalign orthotics would improve my crowded lower teeth and promote better gum health provided an alternative remedy I hadn't considered, but now will Over all, the only way the experience could have been more positive would have been if I'd stayed longer. I very much look forward to more high level dental care I trust they will provide.

Quality is outstanding, attention to your dental needs is the best, pricing is very reasonable, and the staff is excellent. I spent many years going to the Columbia University Dental School and the are three times as costly, 10 times the amount of time spent, quality is lousy, and I find the personal service and attention to your needs at its worst.

She came up with a treatment plan. I was scared and upset when I first came in because I was told I needed a ton of work, she not only put my mind at ease but saved me thousands. Every time I see her she answers all my questions and always puts my mind at ease. She is so gentle. My one grip with her is she is a little OCD, but I guess you'd want that in a dentist, she wants her work to be as flawless as possible so I can't really complain even though these are some long appointments! Had an appointment this morning for 9 am. I was called by this rude receptionist exactly at 9 am…read morethat couldn't even pronounce my name correctly and when I corrected her caught a huge attitude. I explained I was two blocks away and the majority of the time I come exactly at 9 the doors have not even open yet. She proceeded to have an attitude and slammed the phone down on me. I arrived at the doctor's office at 9:03 am. Tanisha asked if okay and I said no that the person who just called me was rude and not even an apology or acknowledgment of the situation was addressed. The receptionist proceeded to tell me she wasn't rude and then rolled her eyes. My family and I have been with this establishment for years even before Dr. FINELY decided to open the adult side. The receptionist on this side needs more training on phone etiquette and customer service. It is currently 9:18 and I still have not been called.
