I dropped my jacket off (January 4th) and was told by the staff that it be ready by tomorrow (January 5th, at 5pm). I paid $7 to get my jacket cleaned. When it was time to pick up my jacket, I was happy to see my olive green jacket wrapped in plastic on two hangers. Thinking that they had cleaned it and made it smell very fresh. However, i'm finding out now that my jacket wasn't even cleaned. It smells dirtier than before, and a few stains are still on it. There are some parts of the jacket that smells fresh, but the other parts of where it smells musty. Gross. I'm disappointed knowing that my jacket wasn't cleaned properly. Things to change for the better: -if I paid for my clothing to be cleaned, do exactly of what I paid and clean my garments -remove any old dirt, sweat, and bad scent when cleaning However, the staff was pretty friendly. Although, it's pretty unfortunate since this location is very convenient for me and the price is affordable, however, I won't be returning.

The attendant really didn't want to believe us when our clothes were still wet after being in the dryer for more than an hour. The other attendant today blamed us for the washer over flowing when we used the required detergent they have asked for their customers to use when using the washers. Hopefully they get better attendants to work here but we will no longer come to this location to wash/dry clothes.

If the owner wanted to make things right, he would reimburse me for at least the washes, even though I also have loss from ruined clothes. His arrogant response without even trying to resolve the issue, just proves to me he doesn't care that he is cheating people. So now he is gaslighting me! ORIGINAL I spent $85 on 11 loads and ended up with clothes with oil spots. Many pieces are ruined, and all the rest will have to be washed again somewhere else because they didn't get washed and came out smelling like a wet dog. The water would not fill the machines. The lady there said to add water with a bucket she had at the sink. We added about 10 buckets per load, but there still was no water in the machines. There were no suds, and she told me to add detergent. I added 4 times the recommended amount and still had no suds because there was no water. The lady said she had notified the owner that the hot water wasn't working and the cold water wasn't filling the machines, but nothing had been done about it. There weren't many racks to get your clothes out of the dryers. While we were folding clothes, we saw several women having the same problems with the machines and adding water with a bucket. The poor lady had nothing she could do but listen to everyone complain. I will never go there again, it was money thrown away.

I knocked in the door, she kept shaking her head. This is the same woman around St Patrick's day, I went there to do laundry. She locked the doors around 10am while my laundry was being washed! Another time, this same "lady" couldn't even communicate with me in English, only spoke Spanish, unless she purposely didn't want to assist me. This place needs a new employee, because I've taken my business elsewhere.
