I regret giving them multiple chances, mainly due to the convenience of their location just around the corner from my house. Each time I visit, I see others, including myself, having to complain about how dirty our cars still are after the wash. Recently, I brought my car in with dirt all over it from parking near a softball field, and they washed my vehicle for only about ten seconds. I could still see dust on it afterward. When I approached the business owner, he tried to convince me that my car was washed properly and that tree sap couldn't be removed during a wash. This is incredibly disrespectful to a paying customer, as everyone knows that is just an excuse to justify their inadequate service. The wash was so poorly done that the owner had to wipe down my entire car with a warm towel to remove the marks they left, which unfortunately resulted in scratches on my vehicle that weren't there before. This situation is ridiculous--save yourself the trouble and wash your own car instead of dealing with people who don't know how to do their job properly. It's uncomfortable to have to explain these issues to them when it really should not be necessary. He also mentioned that the interior dressing included in the $30 wash was merely a wipe down, which is incorrect. Interior dressing should involve a liquid paste, similar to what they use for the tires, and I had to point this out to him because it's clear that those are two different things. They seem to pick and choose which cars they want to care for, and even though I'm driving a brand-new 2026 Honda Accord, it appears that my vehicle isn't deemed worthy of proper cleaning. I will not be returning to this car wash. If there is a number I can call to file a complaint, I will definitely do it. For too long, I've allowed them to take my money for subpar work, and I can only imagine how many others have experienced the same thing and just gone on with their day. They successfully rubbed out the white paint without damaging my paint or my clearcoat and again, they did a fabulous job and even did it while I waited. I highly recommend this business.

Avoid -- damaged my car. Paid $169 for a car polish and wax. Car came back with new micro swirls…read moremost likely caused by improper polishing (without first using a clay bar to decontaminate the car). These swirls did not exist prior to the detailing. The technician (Jay) said he would call me back to explain what he'd do to fix it but never did. UPDATE: Revising to two stars as the technician did call me back, offering to fix it by polishing further (for 3pm the next day). However, he insisted that a clay bar was not needed before polishing, and the lack of a clay bar was not the reason for those new micro swirls. This is contrary to established practice, where decontamination by clay bar is routinely done before polishing so bonded contaminants don't cause additional swirl marks. Clay bar is always recommended practice even for a Stage 1 polish. (Sadly, I had to learn this the hard way.) I am partly to blame for taking his word for it and not paying for the clay bar. But equally, I trusted him to know better than me -- and not recommend a polish without a clay bar. Eventually, I ended up declining the appointment to fix the issue, as I had by then lost confidence in his approach. I will be taking the car to another detailer and paying extra to remove these new micro swirls... He was a nice guy though, clearly with good intentions, and I wish him all the best.
