But an even bigger issue was that there really was no car detailing company who could really truly get rid of all the dog hair in the carpets/seats. They would charge me hundreds of dollars, just to tell me they did the best they could with their vacuums, and that no vacuum can really get rid of all this dog hair. So I just held the project off. But 2 years later, our family really needed this car, as my son was getting older and needed to go to daycare, both parents had to go back to work, and we couldn't do all of this smoothly with only one working car. So I did my research and found Endless Summer Mobile Detailing, to revive my neglected second car. They were so accommodating with my schedule, and so communicative with where to meet up. The way they talked about the tools that they used to clean my car, the way they worked together as a family, it was all so beautiful to watch. It's really rare to find a business like this. I wish I had "before" photos to show the satisfying before/after photo, but here are the after photos. Not a single dog hair left behind. Not even in the cracks or in between the seats. We also asked for the essential wash ($85) but left it up to them to upgrade to a mini detail or something in between if they felt it was needed since the exteriors of our cars looked pretty dusty. We mostly communicated with Brandon the day of, and we found him to be very friendly and honest! He actually ended up feeling we didn't need to upgrade the essential wash, and he was right--the cars looked amazing already due to the great job he did. We hope they expand to have their own driveway on the west side soon! Otherwise, if you have the space, you can hire them to come to you since they also operate out of Culver City.

He then suggested the lowest cost thing which means that they will not wipe down anything in the inside of your car not even the council or the dashboard or anything. Once I got back to my car the first thing I noticed was three different gooey items on the top of my car one of them I even touched and was like ill. They had to quickly come and fix that once inside I could tell they did not vacuum well nor did they try to get any of the dust or any of the debris where they had said that they would try to concentrate. I also paid a $10 extra for them to clean the mats of my car which was not a good job. Upon looking at the fact that they hadn't really vacuumed. I went to the person who takes the orders which was a new person he comes back and he's like OK. Let me get somebody for you and I believe the guy who I tipped nine dollars before getting into my car comes back in a rush with a wet rag and hands and so then they speak in Spanish in front of me. Then the person with the wet rag and hands proceeds to take the wet rag attempt of fee attempt of drain, releasing some of the water, and then proceeds to put the wet rag in my vehicle, getting my seat wet in the floor. He gets out and has an attitude and said here is that good and so I just told him off and said look, you already wet my seat. Please leave. I will never be going back there and I'm still looking for a good detail there for cars because I really need to get one area focused on where my coffee dropped in splashed all over..

I got to chatting with them and found out Giancarlo has been detailing cars for the last 6 years at detail brick and mortar shops but decided to start his own business, so he uses all the same techniques and methods. When I came to pickup my car, it was sparkling clean but somehow I had gotten some orange residue (maybe paint?) on the car from driving. Giancarlo worked his magic and spent extra time to get this residue out. They also gave me an air freshener as a nice touch and my interior was amazingly clean. In terms of where they do their service, they can come to if you have a driveway or space for their van to clean your car. In my case where I live in a building complex, I went to them in which they operate out of their house. They also answer the phone or text message for booking. Very happy with the service- they provide a lot of value for half the price of shops and it's great to support a local business.

I needed someone for same day service and Eric not only was able to fulfill the call, his cost was reasonable. There is a bit of a language barrier, but I used text to clearly communicate. I think his native language is Russian. If you don't speak Russian, I recommend using your phone and writing for clear communication. Somehow I didn't take pictures of the inside, but all the dog hair was out and all the gardening dirt in the truck was cleaned out spotlessly. Definitely worth every penny!
