I found Double R through an IG ad when I bought my car two years ago. Since then, Rene is the only one I trust to touch my car! Rene is reliable, communicative and on-time every time. Him and his crew work super hard and are incredibly kind people. I love that he's local and goes out of his way to accomodate my schedule. I feel lucky every time I think how I just took a chance from an IG ad. In the two years since I got my car, I've done a 1 year and 3 year ceramic coating, the Glassparency and have had multiple maintenance car washes. I've bought washes for family and friends and everyone is wowed by the results. Look, premium services like ceramic coatings are not cheap, but I wanted to protect my car and keep it looking nice for years to come. Rene's pricing is fair and the results speak for themselves. Especially with the last couple of rainy seasons, the Glassparency was such a great investment and helps mitigate the use of windshield wipers (which personally are a pet peeve). I even spilled a huge thing agua fresca in my trunk and it left a lot of residue after I tried to get it out - Rene to the rescue! I don't know what he did, but he got it out and the trunk lift piece is back to new. Woo! I have ZERO qualms about recommending Rene and Double R. Had an excellent experience with their service on our box truck. The cab had been left with food inside, leading to a rat infestation and a mess of droppings. They showed up fully equipped and got right to work, deep cleaning, sanitizing, and using an ozone treatment to disinfect without harsh chemicals. The truck looks spotless and smells great now. Found my new mobile wash company! I was using that mobile app Mobile Wash but it could never connect me with anyone. After numerous failures, I found Rene's company through Craiglist. Decided to hit him up since he seems to service more South Bay customers. I hit him up on Sunday, got me scheduled in on Wed. And DAMN! Got a brand new car again. He's a trooper too. I booked and paid before the service was complete because I trusted him. Once I saw his work, I contacted him about not cleaning the exterior as he said he would, and he told me the package I selected was only for the interior, despite it being the package he directed me to. I just have to say. I have not used Rene yet, but his attitude was so sweet and patient that I had to give him a 4 star. Yelp has a button you can click that says,"get a quote" you click on it and check off everything you want done and they send this to 4 different businesses and you wait for a response. Well two place responded asking, what do I want done. Have you ever called a bank and you have to give all your information and then a live person comes on and you have to do it all over again? Well that's what it was like. I thought maybe there was a glitch in yelp and yelp was not giving these people all the info I typed in. I asked these people if they received the answers that I gave to yelp.I mean I am staring at the answers on the email they are responding to, so how can they not see it? Have you ever asked a guy 3 questions in writing or text and you only get back one answer? That's how it was. No one would tell me if they could see my answers. I wanted to know if I should reach out to Yelp and tell them to take the "get a quote" down because businesses could not see our answers and we have to tell the company exactly what we needed done all over again. Well Rene was working on a vehicle, so he wasn't really reading what yelp sent. He did tell me finally yes that he got my answers, he was just busy on a car. Even though he was not answering my question and me getting annoyed, He handled every response with patience and apologeticness. I can hear in his tone that he is dedicated to please the client. It's also important to a client that we know they are listening to us. If the answer doesn't match the question we ask, then we know you are not taking the time to read it.
