I returned on the 8th day they asked if I could come back in two days. I said I was unable as I was headed out of town and needed the vest. Asks me to come back next day. I obliged and returned the very next day and am charged $84 dollars! Get home to find the patches haphazardly sewn on. One patch was never affixed! I understand the challenges with trying to see around pockets but the job done I could have faites just as easily. Not a professional job at all

They are exactly the same style dress except the pattern. Both have side slits leaving two 32" straight panels each dress, no lining. A week later I went to pick the up. As the man was processing my credit card ($75) I looked at the hems. One dress was fine. The other dress looked as if I sewed it after many shots of whiskey. When I showed the man, he looked surprised and understood my dissatisfaction. Did not apologize. I immediately asked for my money back, he said he could not do that but if I brought the dress back after the event I was going to wear it to, the woman would fix it. He told me to wear it to the event as no one would notice - really???? I didn't wear it but I brought it back. He told me it would be ready the following Tuesday. I went back on Thursday. As soon as he saw me he made a phone call and spoke a language unfamiliar to me. He then told me my dress was not ready - apparently he telephoned the woman. Again no apology. I said something like wow this is how you run a business. He said you only have to come back one more time. So unprofessional. He told me to come back Monday. Too bad I was planning to wear it that weekend, oh well... I went back Monday. The woman put the dress on the counter (not on a hanger or folded - messy). The first time I went to pick it up it was on a hanger with a plastic bag over it - as one would expect. I looked at the hem, it was ok. During the time I was there not a word was spoken. I had nothing good to say and apparently they didn't feel the need to apologize. As I was walking out the man said something like have a nice day. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE.

We tried talking to them during the process, but they were rude telling her to tell me to go in because a modesty panel was not doable. The seamstress that did my wedding dress made one beautifully and even added a zipper. Other places make them all the time. They are a low-skill alteration fix. The dress was fixed as best as possible by my new seamstress who is near me. Thank God I didn't bring them (Joshuas) my wedding gown! As you can see in the pictures, the dress fit crooked and the modesty panel? If you could call it that. Anyone could've done a better job. Overpriced and horrible work. Save your money!

This was my first and and last visit to this laundry mat. I had higher expectation because of it…read morebeing in Westborough. The web site only shows you the one picture that is updated in the pace. The floors are all scratched up when you walk in. As you walk by the first row of washers which are back to to back. In between them its all the tubing and everything its just looks so messy. There was about 3 to 4 small folding tables and a few metal carts. There was a TV but that was off and they did have a new vending machine. A waiting area with magazines and a few chairs outside also. Don't go at a busy time like I did on a Sunday afternoon. There is no parking in front of the entrance. It's on a minor hill so as some people were doing even though it says fire lane- is to back up near the door and unload.

Therewasnoway to see what they were taking since they all went different directions. They emptied our closets and dressers. We had little idea what they took. No photos, lists or receipts. When they began to bring back our clothes, a LOT of items were badly stained and damaged. One expensive coat not only had several new stains but looked like a dog attacked it... giant rip. A brand new cashmere sweater, never worn, was torn and newly discolored. When we finally got back what they said was everything, we began to notice items missing. Many of them were expensive. Many hadn't been worn and still had tags. Sals was unresponsive for many weeks. They never provided an inventory, only got that provided by our insurer who sent us their invoice. Many items on that invoice were not returned! We lost $10k plus of our belongings not even counting the dozens of items damaged and severely stained. Horrible! Don't ever do business with this unscrupulous company!!!

The agent that they sent to pick up the clothing, curtains, explained the procedure and helped me decide what to send. The initial clothes (2 day returns came back on time. Because of my skin sensitivity the product that they used broke me out. I called and they rewashed ALL of my products that they just washed! No complaints, no ugly comments, just "Real Customer Service ". We were so grateful ! I wish that there were more stars to give. I will forever be grateful to Sal's. To the entire team working there, THANK YOU!!! You all know what Customer Service is.
