They (Chris and Steve) kept in close contact via email throughout the planning process, responding to all my inquiries and questions. I was impressed that company policy is to send out a scout ahead of time to get an accurate and detailed first hand look at the project so as to be adequately prepared on the day of service. On the day of service, they arrived on time in very professional vehicles (trailer, pickup truck, van). The 3 young men (intelligent college students) plus the foreman of the project, were courteous, professional, & conscientious. They were respectful of the property and removed items with care, even though the items were slated for destruction/donation. They were quick, they didn't fool around or stand around smoking, they were polite and did not curse, they didn't take a break until they were almost done (I offered them lunch). They finished ahead of schedule and cleaned up any debris or trash that fell during the moving process. The entire project from start to finish went off without a hitch. The only caution I would offer is to be aware that paying with a credit card (instead of cash or check) includes a service fee, which is clearly stated on the pre-estimate contract prior to agreeing to book the service.
