We had no idea how it tasted like since they weren't serving it that day for us to sample but surprisingly the black garlic and miso was very subtle, the ice cream just taste like caramel ice cream but not overly sweet. Overall I had a good experience so the staff was nice and provided their recommendations for ice cream flavors as well as sub choices I sampled the peanut butter chocolate ice cream I also sampled the bourbon pecan. The peanut butter chocolate was definitely richer and flavor and it was also creamier. I still ended up getting the bourbon pecan because for me I felt that flavor was more unique and I haven't seen it anywhere else it is a lighter ice cream and I do wish the flavor itself was a little bit stronger but other than that it tasted it really good and paired well with the sugar cone. I did find their prices to be on the high side for a single scoop with a cone on top it cost me $6 I feel at other boutique ice cream shops a single scoop would cost me around 4 to $5 The submarine prices I thought were extremely expensive because the sub was not small at all and there wasn't much meat that came in the sub. I understand that they are independent and they probably source their items locally but purchasing a sub that cost almost $20 and not getting a drink with it or a side is not sustainable for me. Delicious breakfast sandwiches! Ive never really been a fan of breakfast sandwiches, as they are a bit too oily and heavy for the morning but I really enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches here. I got the egg and sausage one and it was not oily at all. The egg was light and fluffy, sausage was not greasy and just a perfect amount of sauce. I was worried that the size would be small as the photos showed what looked like a 6-inch sub with only 4 meatballs and a price tag of $16, but surprisingly they were quite big! There are refrigerators that store pints of ice cream as well as a central horizontal refrigerator that store some frozen food for sale. Good Behaviour primarily sells sandwiches and ice cream, but I came here for ice cream after dinner. I had a scoop of the chocolate peanut butter ice cream and a scoop of the bourbon butter pecan. I thought the better pecan tasted pretty good. It was creamy and flavorful. I didn't really taste any hint of bourbon, though, but I primarily bought it for the butter pecan. Totally takeout but it was a nice day so we ate on a bench out in front. Menu is varied from an assorted, tuna, turkey to some hot subs, meatball, beef brisket and mushroom. I ordered the lunch special. (Half a sub, side and drink for 12 bucks). Got turkey, with potato salad. I wasn't wowed. I didn't finish it thinking, I have GOT to come back and do this again. It just wasn't anything special. And I'm not sure why they put artichoke hearts on it. I found that strange. Kinda skimped on the deli turkey as well. Husband had the assorted. This is more mild but the matcha really came through in a way that was not overpowering. Prices for the icecream is on par for a local creamery. The staff here were also super friendly! Went here on a sunny fall day, we got here around 12:30pm and it was quite busy already! They were quick with all orders, so we didn't have to wait too long. They had a grand opening special, buy one get one free pints of ice cream, most of the flavours were gone... but we were able to snag some of our favourites: HK milk tea & black sesame. I went here to get sandwiches and ice cream and it's clean inside and the food IS good but they don't offer a bathroom which I find incredibly interesting since they offer indoor seating. Best ice cream in the city!! Very smooth, creamy and GB absolutely nails the flavours they do as they all pack a punch. My favourites include the HK Milk Tea, Matcha Cookies and Cream and Viet Coffee. Lots of Asian inspired flavours which is also a big plus as it adds to variety and the uniqueness of GB's ice cream. I was walking nearby and decided to try this place and I"m glad I did. The person behind the counter said they use custard as a base for the ice cream for extra richness and it shows. I had the strawberry cheesecake waffle cone and if you're a fan of not too sweet cheescake this is the flavour for you. The company also makes all its fudge and swirl mix ins for their ice cream in house, so I'm looking forward to trying my next chocolatey flavour. I love the ice cream, especially the bourbon butter pecan. The price on that is ok considering all the fresh ingredients in it. The sandwiches are just ok. The price point is a little high. $16 for everyone one of them. The meatball is probably the best. I don't get the artichoke on the turkey, it doesn't work with it. I wouldn't crave them to run back.
