I came across Brian on Craigslist because I had just been ripped off $3000 by Advanced Transmissions and I needed a certified mechanic to help me prove that I indeed did get screwed. Well let me tell you that Brian took the time to come to my house and look at my car on a Sunday no less, and he was there until dark! Not only did he help me diagnose the problem that day but he also rebuilt the engine that Advanced Transmissions didn't rebuild! He is also my expert witness when I go to court! He doesn't have to do that, he didn't have to do any of this, but he did! He has been there for me every step of the way and hasn't charged me even close to what other mechanics wanted to charge me FOR THE SAME SERVICES! Brian is all about family, that's what makes him so different, he knows how hard it is to make a dollar and he would never, EVER , do the things that the other review has said about him. First time customer and I made that clear, & came in for an oil change on my GMC diesel. A few days later I found oil droplets on the garage floor. Call the advised and they said to bring it in when possible and I did and they advised that the crush washer had not been changed during the initial oil changed and a new one was installed. I checked the oil a week later before a road trip it was down a quart. I don't know how much oil was lost when they swapped out the crush washer, but you would've thought they would have checked the oil level and make sure it's good Before giving it back this second time. Two fails in total IMHO. Hundreds of oil changes done a year and I'm the unlucky SOB, who clearly advised I'm a new customer so I'd have a good experience, and I don't even get a new crush washer & have to go back. While I may give them another chance in the future, I'm taking my business for my major fluids service to another shop that has impactful reviews.
