I called to make an appointment for their $19.95 special, and told them the make and model of my car. I was overdue for an oil change, and they told me that it would be a week until they had an opening. Because of the great deal, I waited. As I got there, they told me that my vehicle did not qualify and my oil change would cost $75. Extremely disappointing. I waited a week to pay a typical price that every shop offers. I love this Fletcher's! They have helped me so many times! And one of these last time was when I popped my tire! I was really in a jam and they were able to get my new tire to the location and put it on in a matter of hours! Daniel Lucas really cares about his customers and knows how to keep them happy. I purchased a groupon for an oil change and felt a bit of regret after I purchased it because of all the bad reviews so many chain stores had. This was the only location that had an early opening and I am happy that I came today! Yea the neighborhood isn't Scottsdale but it's not that bad like the other reviewer is saying lol. The manager was very nice and had great customer service. There was a company that came in and needed to pick up a tire machine but that would mean everyone would have to stop what they are doing and help this man put the tire machine in his truck. I overheard the manager talking to someone on the phone telling them they had oil changes going, transmissions to pull, a customer (me) waiting in the lobby and it wasn't a good time. I have NEVER written a complaint about a business or service. However, my experience with Fletcher's located at 12445 N Cave Creek Rd has been alarming and horrifying. I am a women who's vehicle broke down near this location. I phoned David, the Manager at this location and asked him if he was equipped to diagnose and repair my vehicle. He assured me this location is a full service location and can service any make and model. BEWARE, the repairs David informed me about were not fulfilled. In the process of diagnosing and repairing my vehicle, my vehicle was further damaged. In total my repairs cost me $2156.00. I requested any parts David was going to take and replace that I be given my original parts. David refused to give me the parts and told me he had disposed of them. I did take my concerns to Davids manager Michael who put me in contact with Andy the Customer Care Manager. Andy said he looked into the matter and he was unable to honor my request. According to Andy, he is the final person in this company. He makes all of the decisions and his decision is the highest in this company. Mr. Fletcher, if you are reading this please feel free and get my contact information from the shop. I understand how social media complaints can greatly effect your business. I don't want to be the reason for any business to lose customers. Unfortunately, there are other women who need to know they are treated fair especially when trusting a company with our vehicles. Worst place ever! IF THERE IS A GUY NAME DAVID THERE DON'T GO!! Worst experience ever. He treated me so badly I was in tears. He basically try to lie and up sale me. He was so rude and I have never been treated like that in my life. He told the mechanics to put the old oil back in my car and to refuse me service. I told him I would call corporate and he said that they wouldn't do anything. Well luckily he was wrong! Corporate had sent me to the Bell Rd location. It was day and night. Disappointed with the service I have had here over the past few visits. The most recent visit I had dropped off my car first thing in the morning for an oil change and brakes. I requested that my husbands car be switched out with mined or an oil change (that wasn't done as requested by the fletchers on Tatum and cactus the day before) when it was done. I was told that would be no problem. Of course when I received the call telling me that my car was done 3 hours before they closed, I was told that they didn't have anyone to do my husbands oil change. We will no longer be visiting Fletchers. read more
