I've gone to this location twice. The first time I went, it was during the day and I got a 60…read moreminute reflexology foot massage which included part of a back massage as well, probably 10 to 15 minutes. It was very good, perhaps a little bit soft on the foot massage but overall pretty good. Worth the $30. My only complaint with this experience was that the two coworkers were talking and it was clear that The lady massage therapist asked the man therapist, who was working on my feet, to see if I was pregnant 20 minutes into my massage. I am a healthy 31 year old who is definitely not pregnant and was quite frankly taken aback by the question. The second time I went was tonight. I got there promptly at 9:30 PM, after seeing that place does not close until 10:30 PM. I was hoping to get a one hour massage and get right out at 10:30 PM. Whenever I went in, the lady basically refused a 60 minute massage and said that she would only do 30 minutes. If you're going to close at 10:30, let customers do a full hour. I tip very well, especially when I know that it is going to be cutting it close to closing time at any facility. If you're only going to offer me a 30 minute at 9:30 PM, have the sign say that you close at 10 PM, so as not to give false expectations to customers. I found that very irritating. Because of these two experiences, I will likely not come back here, which is saddening to me because I love to support local businesses. Some key customer service aspects need to be corrected in order to keep customers.

I went to Good foot specifically for a foot massage. I guess there is a rather large language…read morebarrier because I requested a 30 mi Ute foot massage. And pointed to the line on the price board. I preceded to the room and was told to take my clothes off. I ask "for a foot massage?" The answer was yes. Some spas do this and massage your legs and shoulders and the spend the rest of the time on your feet. Evidently, my pointing to to 30 minute, thirty dollar foot massage equated to a 30 min forty five dollar "full body massage". Interestingly, the full body massage did not include the feet! After I told her I did not get a foot massage, she kept smiling and pointing to the more expensive full body massage. I gave up and paid her her 92.00 dollars (credit card fee and for my wife.). I was not happy so I filled out the credit card with no tip. She then demanded a tip! Lol. I won't be going back.

I have been to CQ Foot Spa several times. It is easy to make an appointment on their Facebook page…read moreor over the phone. The service prices are reasonable and the quality of massage is excellent. The spa offers therapeutic massage and a very clean environment. CQ massage offers both chair trigger point chair massage and massage bed therapeutic massage in individualized rooms. They have tranquil music and friendly staff.

To start, I was excited about this place because of the reviews. The negative reviews were based…read moreoff of availability and atmosphere which wouldn't have been a deal breaker for me. However I wish that someone had mentioned something about the quality of their massage services To start, I got the combination foot and body massage. I would recommend the foot massage only and here is why... Here's what was nice. There is nice ambiance, tender music, and soft lighting. They offer a good foot massage, warm foot soak, hot rocks, everything you could ask for. My issues started whenever they were working on my upper body They utilize a lot of general deep tissue techniques but it is evident that there is not a lot of knowledge of the body and particular muscles that need attention. I'm a thinner build, so many of the techniques they use were especially rough. The movements were very fast, did not feel intentional, and it felt more like my body was being moved around by there hands than any deep work on my muscles. I can already tell I'll probably be sore in the morning. Take that as you will. I would much rather pay more money for a more professional massage. I think having a softer massage that is more intentional in working out the muscles would be worth much more than having thumbs and elbows driven into my neck and back... but that's just me. *Updated* This is the morning after my experience. I'm starting to develop light bruising in my upper back. I definitely do not recommend any body massage from this establishment. But I do acknowledge that they are trying to make an honest living. If you are going for a foot massage you will not be disappointed!
