OMGOSH! Bring your appetite when you go here - and you really should go here. I had the OG. I think they put an entire chicken breast on the sandwich. Mine stuck out opposing sides of the bun about 3" each side! Messy - an understatement. Good - absolutely. Once you pick it out of the box, don't put it down as you may not be able to pick it back up. In the end, the bun went away and I was left with the chicken and slaw, but flavor was still awesome. This little restaurant on wheels, a "taco truck " type, serves up the tastiest battered chicken sandwiches we ever ate. My wife got the ban mi sandwich and I got the honey chipotle chicken sandwich. Located on the apron of the Napa Auto supply store and immediately across from the city hall, it is an unpretentious restaurant. We spoke with the owner who, when asked why food trucks always serve the best food, he explained that regular restaurants are frustrating places that discourage creativity. Clearly, his creativity is fully blooming in his little food truck. The menu has four crispy battered chicken sandwich options. He uses a type of coleslaw made of cucumber and cabbage with pickled red onions. It's the crispiest batter and and juicy breast meat. After the first bite, you already know this huge brioche bun sandwich is an epic experience. No wonder everyone who rated the place unanimously voted it 5 stars! The crinkly fries are salted and peppered and also crunch delightfully. They come not with ketchup but a small rub of a mayonnaise type dip. It's also a terrific culinary experience!
