Rude lady, Worse customer service, I don't recommend this place! Save your money and time!!!

Terrible customer service skills .... Every service I asked to about, the owner acted like it was a severe hardship to perform. Then further talks me into picking her up, so she can do the vin verification and take her back when she is done, because Orange to Santa Ana is to far for her to drive. Okay.... But then she wants to charge me $100 extra for this!!! That was enough for me!! Thanks, I'm going somewhere else. This place is a joke read more

Don't go to any DMV, go here! After mailing my registration renewal check and insurance card copy three weeks early to the DMV, DMV never received my check and my regis ended up being late. They do this so they can collect more money, people! Syva at Good Guy helped me out and said I can pick up the tags tomorrow morning. Her fee is $20 and it's the best $20 I've invested to not stand in the DMV line for 6 hours or on hold for 2 hrs. DMV is thee worst! The Good Guy Registration Service is thee best! Side note: I can't stop pay on the first check because Syva says she sees it all the time where the DMV will try to cash the first check and it will bounce because it's been canceled. So they charge canceled check fees, admin fees, and they suspend the renewed registration... even after you've paid the 2nd registration! Beware of the DMV people, they are crooks!!!!! Certify mail your junk or go to one of the Good Guys. read more

Absolutely an amazingly nice & very helpful Lady. Was extremely patient & informed us of exactly what we needed. Nothing like you would expect from the DMV. Will be going to her from now on. An added plus... It's a drive thru service, so you don't even need to get out of your car. Perfect timing & glad we didn't wait till after the holiday weekend because we need a signature from my sister and she'll be with us for the holiday. So we'll have no issues now. Just returning on Monday to finish. I truly dislike going to the DMV. read more
