Called prior to closing and let them know we were coming in 10 min and arrived at 4:45pm and the doors were closed. Waited for 15 min until 5pm and nobody was here. A call letting me know that you were leaving the office would have been nice before I showed up. Quite unfortunate. Update: Came back the next day on a Saturday to give them another chance at 11AM and still nobody was there and the business was not answering the phone. The window on the front of the business and their website shows that their SATURDAY hours are 10am-1pm. Unfortunately no matter how many times I called there was no answer on either day. Thank you for wasting my time. My recommendation is to go somewhere else. You're better off anywhere but here. read more

Called this morning to find the closest car registration place near me so I don't have to wait all day at the DMV. Drove to Legacy Auto Registration in 646 N. Tustin St. Orange. The employee was welcoming at first. Till I felt they were BS-ing me...They said I have to get my car Smog but they can get my car registered before getting it Smog Tested first. I told them it was already done before I bought it. She even checked in her computer and told me I do need it Smog Tested but we can do it now before you do it. (Don't you get smog test first before you register it?!) I asked how much to get it done now, she quoted me $200 before I left, thank god it did!!!. I ended up going straight to the DMV instead and waited only for an hour. TOTALLY WORTH IT!!! I ONLY PAID $30 for my Registration and they said I didn't have to get a Smog Test because it was already done, exactly what I told the lady at Legacy Auto Registration. It's so bad that I can not leave a zero-star review. Make sure you ask her about every detail possible. Because seems like what she cares about is money. If you don't follow up on your case she doesn't bother to do so. Your case can take as long as she wants. The phone just rings most of the time and there is no one to take the call. Do a favor to yourself and find another DMV office. It's my right to leave a review for this place the same way they treat me. She is a scam artist. My parents have an older 31 Buick car and we had trouble finding and validating a vin number to create a title for the vehicle. I went there last week from a referral and it was completely unexpected as it was a Saturday morning and had to get my out of state automobile registered along with transfer title and plates and was told only a DMV visit would work. Well the wonderful ladies that work at this small shop took care of me so well and so fast that it was like in and out. They were absolutely the best ! Quick and fast and all smiles!
