They damaged the glazing beads (a type of trim) on the panes of glass that they replaced. I called to have it repaired. They came once to fix it, but did not. I called/emailed several times to have them come back with no luck. The person on the phone (Anna) was friendly at the beginning and then got negative on follow up calls saying that she would send a different team, then that the job was too dangerous though they had already installed the window panes from the inside with no danger. No shows for follow up visits. The glazing beads have since fallen off. Would never use these people again or recommend them to anyone.

I have a big house and they likely priced it based on the house size and not the job size. The Yelp issue came into play because the company my wife called only had 3 yelp reviews that were all great, but likely staged reviews. Anyhow, called up Blue Moon, asked them how much it would be, they asked me to measure it, and they told me that it would be a waste of money for them to install it, that I can do it myself in 5 minutes, and they will show me how. They were right, it was ridiculously simple and cost me $160 vs $850.

Do not go with Century Glass Door! I ordered a frameless…read moreshower door for my kids' bathroom through Michel Agura. He came to take the order, and I paid in full for a specific frameless door. They told me it would take two weeks, but it ended up taking nearly four weeks. When the door was finally delivered, it wasn't what I ordered--it had a frame and was a cheaper model. I told the delivery person that this wasn't my order, and he replied, "Your original order was deleted." Luckily, I had pictures of my original signed order and all the texts with Michel Agura and other staff. When I confronted Michel, he told me I couldn't afford the frameless door and denied I had ordered it. He even changed my original receipt while I stepped into the garage to bring him a bottle of water on a hot day. I ended up having to take both Home Depot and Century Glass Door to court--and I won. They refunded my money. It's sad and wrong if they assume someone with a non-American accent doesn't know their rights or how to speak up. Just because I speak differently doesn't mean I'm ignorant. I hope Century Glass Door learned not to judge people by how they sound.
