I requested a quote for my broken window and Stephanie the owner responded quickly. She quoted an extremely reasonable rate, 1/5 the price of some other places. It was close by, so I dropped off my window. It took them less than $20 to repair and I ended up paying less than the original quote. Measurements took maybe 5 minutes at most and the install took 1 hr, including the time it took for them to clean up any extra glass left inside and outside the house which they took with them! read more

Best Service Today Ever!!!!!!!!! The mirror that I ordered and had installed in a home gym was hundreds less than other Mirror vendors. Main Glass came out today in the rain and installed my mirror during a storm. I was really impressed with their service and they cleaned everything up. Even existing trash debris they dumped for me. I wish I could give 0 stars to this company. I called over a month ago to have them come and address a broken window in one of our apartment units. They came out and took measurements and we never heard back from them. I called at least 4 times to follow up and kept getting the runaround from some office person named Stephanie. At first she denied that they ever sent any one out to measure (why would I lie about that?), and kept telling me should would call back (and never did). I was finally told that they had never placed the order for the glass. That should have been communicated in the beginning. HORRIBLE. Unfortunately these guys were recommended by my contractor. Had I read the reviews on Yelp I would have known better. We ordered a new glass enclosure for an existing shower that had just been re-tiled. After they installed the enclosure, we noticed that water leaked out from under the glass door and under the walls. There was no seal around or under the door to stop water from getting through. We talked to Rick numerous times about it, (when I could get him on the phone) and he had Oscar come out to put on a seal. This took months. The seal didn't work. They tried something else, which took a few more months. The shower still leaks and the glass door bangs shut. It turns out they built this glass enclosure directly over the grout line in the tile, so it probably needs to be completely repositioned to be water-tight. We cannot use this shower. Over a 1 year period I called and emailed so many times I lost count. Rick just stopped responding all together. Now we are selling our house and we have to pay someone else to make this right because it's absolutely unacceptable. My next move is to dispute the amount on my credit card. read more

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!! Almost 2 1/2 weeks to find out that our order for our front entrance door to our business was NEVER placed! I do not know anyone who can run their business this way and still have customers. We are so disappointed and cannot understand even after speaking with the "owner" Rick that he was helping us and would have our door installed "shortly". We just called and found out that for a SECOND time our order was lost and that no one knew anything about it. DO NOT HAVE THIS COMPANY SERVICE YOU! Sometimes a review needs to be written about how a company handles a problem. At some point during my dealings with them my order got written down incorrectly and I ended up with a 78x58 window when in fact I ordered a 72x58. Rick the owner and the point man Joe worked with me to correct the problem and I am sure took either a loss on the transaction or broke even. To keep good faith I offered to pay the extra delivery charge and the new window is now installed and looking great. I would and will use these guys again for my future glass needs.
