Note, if you use the kiosk to avoid the line, half and half is referred to as breve and will cost you an extra $1. There is no cow milk, cream or half and half option on the kiosk. I asked the staff and they told me to put notes in, I had to explain that was not an option either. Judging by the crowd at the store, it must be a popular place and they do brisk business - most of which is stay, sit and chat with your coffee.
